Went for quick breakfast, early in the morning on a Saturday. The crowd was fair. We were seated quickly. Just like any other brunch spot in Atlanta/surrounding areas, it plays secular music which can be challenging. The table tops are on the smaller side. I ordered one of the buttermilk biscuit sandwiches & my spouse had fish & grits.
FOOD: the biscuits are very very doughy. I ended up just cutting the sandwich & eating it with a fork bc it wouldn’t hold up. The house potatoes were very bland. The catfish was fair & the grits had that deep creamy taste to them. The presentation was nice but slightly over kill. Example: the catfish came on a bed of lettuce instead of the grits.
Overall: it was just “okay”. Better than Flying biscuit but not quite like Breakfast Boys or Gocha.

Wow! This is an adorable little gem right near the airport. My daughter and I stopped in before a flight- And are so glad we did! The service is friendly and welcoming and the food is NEXT LEVEL! I had the catfish and grits, which came with an unbelievably delicious buttermilk biscuit. This will be our go-to place before a flight!

This place is a true hidden gem. The service, food, and atmosphere are all excellent. Although it’s a small location, it even has a bar area, which adds to the charm. The cheese grits and the Nashville chicken sandwich were outstanding—absolutely on point and definitely worth a visit. Just be aware that it does get crowded, so plan accordingly.

I blame myself for ordering this “food”. I should have listened to all the reviews about the food being overpriced and disgusting. I am trying to give places a chance at least once, so I took a chance and ordered. I ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich FOR $17 to go. I wish you could add videos to reviews because my chicken was so dry, you can bang it into a table and it won’t fall apart. The Nashville hot flavor is bland, the spice is there but flavor was lacking. The spring mix is wilted on my burger so I had to remove that. Over priced and bland. Just go to Chik Fila for a chicken sandwich, it’s half the price and has more flavor and juice. Smh
I just lost $17 and I have nothing to eat because I refuse to eat a hockey puck of a piece of chicken. Run and never look back, don’t let those great reviews fool you.

Annette gave 5 star service, The Food was amazing , great breakfast place, Annette actually went over and beyond with her service on this day , This was my first time coming and after I ordered my food, I realized that I left my wallet at my shop, Well Annette was cool , calm and very supportive, she showed me how to use the tap and pay on my phone, easy , peezy, So I owe a great Thank you to her for that! Found this place right down the street from the hotel i was staying in. Reviews looked good, but eating at Buttermilk Biscuit in person was well worth it. It is a small little place that was packed on a Saturday late morning, but I was able to get seated right away. It was hard to make a decision on the menu, but settled on the Catfish, Shrimp and Grits. It was delicious!! Everything i saw them bring out looked amazing, even ordered the Biscuit Trio to go, for later. I’ll definitely have to go back before I depart.

Their food were so good! Definitely the best biscuit & gravy I’ve had. I liked the gravy has a bit of kick to it. Skillet were great also. Service rating is low cuz we had new (?) server and she gave our food to other table and we waited for long time. Also at the check out, she gave us other customers ‘s bills which was way higher than our actual. Good thing I caught it but it was interesting

My son and I came in for breakfast before heading to the aquarium, and everything was so delicious! There was so much to choose from, it was hard to narrow down what we wanted. He got the chicken and waffle sandwich with an extra side of waffles, and I got the garden omelet with an extra side of bacon – so so good!! The service was fantastic, prices were reasonable, and we’ll definitely be back again next time we’re in town!
