SO GOOD! Yeah, the people there are so extremely kind. I literally go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell instead of any other Taco Bell because it’s literally just better in so many ways. It doesn’t feel like fast food. It feels like fine dining!!!

Shoutout to Kevin at Taco Bell for absolutely making our night. From the moment we ordered, he had us smiling and laughing with his quick wit. My friend ordered her drink with no ice, and without missing a beat Kevin goes, “Okay, so we’re allergic to ice, got it” We found it really funny and the whole exchange was a pleasure.
It’s rare to get customer service that’s not only great but genuinely entertaining. We left with our food and big smiles thanks to him. Taco Bell… give this man a raise. Kevin is a legend.

Omg when I tell you kevin had me really feeling these Christmas Eve vibes. Calling my car a sleigh and all! So ecstatic Taco Bell has such an amazing worker that LOVES HIS JOB. It just shows how one little smile or a few words really do take that experience to the next level. He needs a raise he needs health insurance. This guy needs all the training to be general manager because he’ll take that place above and beyond. Again he’s amazing and I now REFUSE to go to another Taco Bell. Thanks again Kevin!

The food was not that warm barely eatable. Me an my daughter were hungry so just ate n left. We ordered cravings box meals and they are always too lazy on night to box it. Chalupa shells always hard never fresh. Only certain days the food is good. These team members tonight just don’t care. Also potatoes were cold.

The female night manger (shoulder length black hair) who cant be more than 20 is a rude person. The teen girl started handing me the next customer order and they got pissed at me for asking to double check to make sure my order was correct. Acting like I did something wrong
Never ever interrupt a customer or cop an attitude because your team isnt double checking accuracy. 2 things that may very well lose a repeat and regular customer.

I came in to order a few mins before closing and they got my order completely wrong!! I told them specifically that I didn’t want any sour cream and they put cream on all of my tacos. Not to mention the food was cold too. Beware!! Do not come here!!

Can’t get orders right. They don’t seem to be paying attention in the Drive-Thru. You have to repeat your order multiple times and they still get it wrong. This last time they mixed up drinks. They gave me hard shells instead of soft shells even though they charge me for soft shells and didn’t put any hot sauce in there. The root beer was watered down to spite me asking for light ice so that wouldn’t happen and it doesn’t even look like they filled it all the way when I got it. On top of all that the food was cold. I live 5 minutes away. It couldn’t stay warm for 5 minutes. How old was this food

I usually don’t have an issue. Empty restaurant. Walked in and I stood in their lobby for a good 5 minutes and NOBODY came round the counter. 3 people all on their phones in the back. I don’t use the kiosk to order and it forces me to say something or use the kiosk. Extremely unsatisfied with this visit
