Friendly and quick service, option for indoor or open air seating, and most importantly for us: vegetarian options and informed servers (they knew which items had fish sauce and oyster sauce, for example). We were able to get the massaman curry without fish sauce (all the other Thai places on Marco island said that wasn’t possible). We also got two different vegetarian sushi rolls that were delicious as well. As far as I can tell, this is the only truly vegetarian friendly Asian restaurant on the island. Perfect!

Ordered the papaya salad and ice water . Spice levels I ordered was medium and it had some kick which is exactly what my tastebuds required. Service was great and menu had large selections of Japanese food offerings which I can’t wait to try next time . Highly recommend

We celebrated our daughter’s 9th birthday at this place and we couldn’t choose better. Our server Raul was amazing and very helpful with the menu options. We tried the summer roll and a veggie roll and they were delicious and gently served (I’m sorry I took the pictures after we started eating ). We also had fried rice (very tasty) and the Pad See-EW Noodles. The place has a very nice atmosphere overall and the staff is very friendly. We are not locals but if we come back to Marco Island we’ll definitely repeat.

We had been this restaurant couple times. Their food is soooo delicious. I can eat here every single day. Today we ordered lobster roll and seafood pad Tai and so ribs. Everything is great. We love the lobster roll with salad. Sooo goood, you must try it.

Me and my friends went to Thai Sushi by KJ a year ago and we left hungry for more. I’m not from Marco Island, but lemme tell you, me and my friends have been raving about this place for the past year, excited for the next time we went to Marco Island so we could visit it. And, we did! It was just as good as it was last year. I got the KJ ceviche and the special mango duck curry. It was so, so good. The service was also pretty great, and the restaurant is comfortable and clean! Totes recommend if you’re in the area.

Sushi five stars. Thai two stars (based on one dish). Excellent salad. Absolutely loved the dragon roll. Shrimp tempura was light and crispy. It was a nice surprise to have tempura veggies included. Fresh and tender sushi fish. However, on the Thai side, the green curry was cloyingly sweet, even though we asked for hot. They made a sweet sauce and just threw some red chili flakes in there. It didn’t taste like curry but almost like pad Thai sauce. It was way too thick and completely inauthentic. Great service, especially the woman who was filling the water and busing tables. She was so sweet. Sitting outside was very pleasant. Inside seemed loud and crowded. Definitely stick to the Japanese side.
