Ordered cheesy bean & rice burrito and new beefy burrito. New menu (got rid of great items I miss). My two burritos were 99% tortilla. By far shortest burritos ever had in my life. Understand fast food is struggling from costs and etc. but look at these pictures. Never coming back to this location, as riddled with teenagers who don’t want to work or provide any quality.

Came here with some buddies after a sports event and sat down after ordering our food, Noah offered us water cups when he saw us sitting down and was very attentive! The nuggets I had ordered originally came out burnt and hard; Noah apologized for the mishap and offered to remake them free of charge! The new ones came out beautifully! He even checked on everyone’s order experience and made sure we were well taken care of.
We were incredibly grateful for Noah’s amazing customer service and attention to detail! If you’ve got the munchies, Noah’s your guy! MVP!

Disgusting, got every part of the order wrong. Don’t come here. They also charged us for food we didn’t receive. Here is the “food” we received. We ordered Cantina Chicken Toasted Cheddar Street Chalupas and The Caliente Cantina Chicken Quesadilla Meal which comes with a doritos taco that they underfilled. We got a regular steak quesadilla that was 99% sauce, and I dont even know what the other thing is. This place is a scam. I will be returning to the taco bell I normally go to and love in Montgomery. If you want taco bell that tastes like actual food, and to not get scammed this isn’t the place.

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews but I am so passionate about how TERRIBLE this location is, I truly don’t know what goes on in there but it’s terrible every single time. They make you sit at the speaker for several minutes before you even order and then make you pull around the building and sit for another several minutes to receive your food that is ALWAYS incorrectly made or just missing items. Idk it’s kind of comical at this point? It’s been years and it’s still so awful. I’ve tried reaching out to corporate several times but I don’t really think they care cus this location is in the middle of nowhere lol I think half of the problem is that it’s not staffed correctly but honestly who knows. Eat here if you want to be disappointed

This is the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. I’m sure it’s not entirely the employees fault but they will make you wait at the drive thru order menu for 10 minutes easy. And that’s just to order.

Poor staffing has lead to this place consistently becoming overwhelmed during any kind of busy period. No shade to the workers either; this is an ownership problem. How is any fast food establishment supposed to keep up with orders when only two people are put on a shift?

I’m a frequent customer since this place is one of the few options open late near my work, but after my last visit, I won’t be returning. From the moment we walked in, it felt like they were trying to push us out the door. Despite that, I ordered three tacos with steak (an extra $1.70 per taco) but received seasoned beef instead, which is a noticeable difference. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, I was told they were ‘too tired’ to correct the order, even with two hours left until closing. They claimed the beef was scraped from the bottom of the pan, which is obviously untrue since ground beef and steak are completely different things
. No remake, refund, or alternative was offered. I suspect my order was deliberately made wrong to avoid cooking steak. Overall, a terrible experience. You’d be better off at McDonald’s across the street.

If you dont mind waiting for almost 10 minutes to tell the take out that your there to pick up your mobile order you placed 20 minutes ago, while there is only one car ahead, and then wait another 10 minutes for your taco and 7 layer burrito, then this is the place for you. The employees were friendly but not one sorry the wait, nothing.

I take no pleasure in writing this review, because the staff I have interacted with have been unfailingly pleasant, and this is clearly a management/ownership deficiency, not an employee problem.
So, staff members, please do not take umbrage. Management: you need to get it together.
Even at dinnertime, a fast food restaurant should not take over twenty-five (25) minutes to prepare and deliver a simple *mobile order.*
Still, were my experiences limited to a just one 25-minute odyssey, that would be annoying enough, but I’d chalk it up to bad luck. Not so, however. This is a common occurrence (yet I keep returning, so maybe I’m the fool). Management clearly keeps the staff lean to save costs, but this comes at the expense of customer experience.
Prospective taco buyers, be warned. This is not “fast” food.
EDIT: Having now arrive home, my order is wrong. After twenty-five minutes, they couldn’t even muster the correct ingredients (and there aren’t that many to choose from!). One star only because zero isn’t possible.
