I’m going to start off by saying the fried chicken is top tier! I do not recommend the lamb/chicken over rice. The rice doesn’t have any flavor and the portion of meat is extremely sad! Plus, the portion of the platter in general is small! Definitely not worth $13. I will be returning but not ordering a platter!

I’ve been going to NY Fried Chicken since they opened and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and delicious. Their gyros, fried chicken, cheesesteaks, and wedges are always on point. The chocolate cake and banana pudding are the perfect desserts to finish it off. The staff is always friendly too which makes every visit even better. Definitely one of my favorite go-to spots!

Not good. Ordered an Italian cheesesteak. It had soggy fries, old bread, and i can taste the cheap mayo. No flavor at all. For $20 i expected more. I won’t go back.

Ordered the spicy chicken over rice on delivery and it came without any sauces. I ordered double chicken, and the meat portion was still very small. The rice had no flavor and there was barely any seasoning on the chicken. I won’t be ordering here again.

Oil is completely black, the fried chicken is tiny parts. Owner probably changed the oil once a month. The cheesesteak taste like stale hero bread, meat was not seasoned full of tough meat with mostly fat. Too much oil on sandwich. Fries burnt and taste like motor oil. Im not eating from NYFC again

My brother found this place and now is one of our favorites. The fried chicken is crispy and tasty, they have a wide variety of combos at a good price. The staff is courteous and friendly. We will keep coming. I’ll add food pictures next time . But it was yummy . Thanks!

Slightly overpriced. “Jumbo shrimp” is not jumbo.
I paid by credit card and noticed a higher price swiped on my card by about $1. I didn’t ask, but in my head, I thought the guy tipped himself a dollar, but after reading one of the orher reviews, I see they charge extra for credit card payments. That should have been told up front or posted at the register. I was expecting the lamb meat to be longer slivers of meat but they were smaller (shredded?) meat. Food taste was not bad overall. I may give them another try, but I don’t like price surprises and don’t call things jumbo when they are not.
