We use to go here often, but it has went way downhill. The food is ok I guess. The waitress that has been in there the last 2 times we went is terribly rude. Last visit she turned the corner and threw out menus on the table and kept walking. If I didn’t turn the corner quick enough to see where the menus were flying, we wouldn’t have known where we were supposed to sit. We also ordered a pitcher of margaritas. We got the wrong flavor, and asked for it on the rocks and got the frozen kind. No one came to check and see if we may have wanted water or anything, and after we were finished, after about 15 minutes of not getting the bill, I had to just go to the station to pay, cause the waitress never came back. Also, the place just looks dirty. Floors are sticky, water damage, dust all over the cheap decor above the tables. My husband went in to use the bathroom and came back out and said that was the most disgusting bathroom he had ever seen, and chose to wait until we made it home. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1, is because they have potential to be good like they use to be, if they make an effort to treat people with respect, get some repairs done, and invest in some cleaning products. But, I won’t be back to witness it.

I love this place been going for years. It seems like from time to time the taco meat taste different. I understand when people complain about service but i have seen customers that i would treat the same. Everyone who goes regularly knows the guy with bad attitude but also I’ve learned to enunciate and also tip for carry-out, they treat you better. Ive never seen any bugs but you would be surprised of all the restaurants that do. The bathrooms need to be updated but you can’t blame cleanliness on them, i have turned around cause of the nasty customer coming out. Love La Hacienda

I would say so-so at best. I sat down and ordered coffee. It’s on the menu, but they don’t serve it. I looked at the options and ordered sweet tea. It’s on the menu, but they don’t serve it. I settled for (a very weak) unsweetened tea. The online menu is way out of date.
I ordered the Nachos Supreme. The menu doesn’t show the option of beef or chicken and does not tell you that it’s figured into the price. Not quite what I expected. The nachos were good, but I thought that the tomato would be chunks rather than 1/2 slice in the center. I’m not real big on heat, but a few jalapenos would have been nice. The meal was pleasantly messy (nachos are NOT for neat people) and I was full before I finished them. The only time I saw my server after receiving the food was when he came back and dropped the check.
The food was okay. The service tolerable. Don’t think I’ll go back for a long while.

Our table ordered two plates of chicken nachos. We both said “chicken nachos” they came with one shredded and one grilled. When asked why they were different the manager didn’t care, said “oh the grilled chicken is better anyways!” Then the server came by, and said “you ordered grilled chicken” which she lied straight to her “boss” and our whole table which heard me order. Not to mention how the building is falling apart. Leaking water inside, horrible management. Never go here.

Food is good but as I was finishing my margarita and chatting with my friend, a cockroach ran right across the table! The staff did not seem to be bothered by it, like not surprised at all. They only took $4 off the bill as well. I won’t be returning

I went in for dinner. Not only was I over charged I called to speak to the manager. His name was Miguel if he was the manager. He said I got an old menu so I thought he would make it right! But he was rude and said so? I was charged &16.90 when it should have been $11.60. He didn’t even care then he hung up on me!!!! So if you go eat there make sure you get the right menu! I will never go back!

Great food done fast and cheap. I’ve ordered take-out and been very impressed both by the quality of the food and the promptness with which they’ve gotten my order. You really can’t beat the price!

Went on Sunday service wuz quite quick. Food fresh hot no long wait. 40oz margaritas were mixed very well. Overall good food and good time.
