First, I waited several minutes before someone even came to the counter. Then I had to wait as 3 cars entered the drive thru, got their food and left after I ordered. Then, my supreme tacos that came with my meal didn’t have tomatoes or sour cream, and my Mexican pizza only had half the toppings. I should get a full refund for this nightmare.

I know what you’re doing, you see 2 Taco Bell locations within a mile of each other and you’re seeing which is better by the reviews. Go to the other one down the street, this one has always messed my order up over the last few months and it’s clear the staff and management just does not care about their service and what they’re handing out. The other location is worth the extra 2 – 3 minute drive for sure.

I just came back from getting an order from the drive through and in a box combo where I specifically said sub beans on every item, they put a whole load of beef. Every item was covered in beef when my receipt and my verbal order was very clearly stated as no beef, beans instead. I figured this out after I took a bite into my burrito in a religiously vegetarian household. I called 5 separate times, not once was the phone answered. I called 5 times within an hour and apparently no one has time to pick up the phone. My ticket number was #3001 from the night of march 4th 2023. Such simple instructions cannot be followed by the illiterates working there. I would like to hope someone at management sees this and reaches out. Thai experience was horrible and rest assure I will be spreading this to many many people.

I actually had the Famous Bowl… it had an after taste of cleaning chemicals… I think it was the gravy… the chicken had an overwhelming pepper taste, not quite the Kernals recipe I remember… the upside was the fries, they were awesome

Bet this place spends lots of money to keep their reviews positive. No matter how many tacos you buy they will give you 5 sauces and tell you that it’s enough when you ask for more. Unless you wanna spend +10$ for dog quality tacos and dog service, go somewhere else.

I love taco bell, menu keeps getting better and better. It’s a wide selection to choose from their menu. Great veggie menu and alternative to burgers and chicken nuggets. I always get the black beans and rice. It’s very tasty but kinda small. Great for a late dinner and the consistently balanced menu with protein and carbs is comparatively better than other fast food chains. Best Taco Bell experience EVER! the employees were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. The food was fantastic, very well made, especially for fast food. It’s timely prepared. I really appreciated the good service and the quality of food. Highly recommended.
