Worst experience ever. Been eating Taco Bell since the double decker was a regular menu item. We sat in line for over 20 minutes. Every item of food was missing an Ingredient or two. Asked for a cup of cheese and chips in place of the cinnamon twist. Cheese was cold to the touch. Everything was awful. The wait time was extreme. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Taco Bell anywhere else.

Taco Bell really gets you hungry. I always liked the Crunchwrap Supreme and the beefy 5-Layer burrito as the Build Your Own Cravings Box. Im always AMAZED how bright and calm the interior is. The one thing they need to work on is their presentation of their food. When I unwrap the paper on a burrito, I expect myself to be exited about eating. Now I get the fact that all you see is the outside of the burrito so it’s not colorful, but it’s usually squished. But like, it’s all about the taste, so overall, really nice place to go to any time.

Horrible location. They need proper management. I work next door and won’t eat there. After the rude old manager quit it went completely downhill. I wish I took a picture of the taco shell of a taco I received literally just a shell. Do better. Avoid this taco bell at all costs.

I just got some food. This is the worst bell I have ever had!!! The Softshell taco Supremes were tossed together and only half the tacos had cream. The quesadillas were all sauce and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Will never go back to this place. The girl at the window just gave me nasty looks

I was craving some Taco Bell after a long and tiring day. I was staying at a nearby hotel, and decided to go to this location. That was a really big mistake. This is the first Taco Bell where I felt I needed to leave a review. At this Taco Bell, I ordered the $7 box with the chicken chalupa, hard shell taco, beefy 5-layer burrito and nachos with a Mt. Dew. Firstly, the drive thru was slow. It was Friday rush hour, so I guess that is to be expected. I asked the guy at the window for some sauce. He said it was in the box, and when I went to check, he handed me a handful of sauce. All good. Anyhow, I got to the hotel to enjoy my meal, and was thoroughly disappointed. The soda didn’t have enough syrup in it. It tasted like it was running out. The chalupa shell was stale and dry. The taco was only half filled, as was the container of cheese for my nachos. About the only thing that wasn’t disgusting or only half filled was the burrito. I was way too tired and worn out to take it back, and honestly, I had a feeling the replacement food would not have been much better. So, I ate what I could. I had some other snacks with me, so I just ate that after trying to eat the Taco Bell.
I make the trip to this area annually, so my review probably doesn’t mean much, but I will certainly not spend my money at this location again.

In highly UNsatisfied. Every single time a friend or myself order from here, the workers are incompetent and cannot follow directions on a screen. I always ask so nicely to double check my taco has no lettuce. And it ALWAYS DOES. The cashier told me “is everything on the screen correct?” I say yes, I say “please double check the taco” apparently she’s incapable of seeing lettuce on a no lettuce taco. I also ask for sour cream and there is NONE. (I broke the shell so at least that wasn’t their fault)
