Pizza was ready on time, but disappointed in the taste and quality. Meat and vegetable toppings were fine but crust was hard and chewy, almost no cheese, very little sauce. No one was interested in finishing the pizza which in our house is not the norm

These pizzas looked perfect. I stopped ordering in the past, because of bubbles, not enough toppings, leaving the extras we paid for out. But we gave them another shot. Papa John’s did not disappoint. These pizzas looked great and tasted great too.

Unfortunately, our order was delivered to the wrong address due to their mistake. They don’t even check if it’s the correct location before dropping it off. We called the manager, and he said there was nothing he could do about it. So if you’re placing a large order of more than 10 pizzas for delivery, be careful—they might deliver it to the wrong place without verifying.

After a long day at the hospital, we decided to pickup pizza for dinner. When we got home, we discovered that one of the pizza boxes was EMPTY. The other pizzas and breadsticks were cold. The manager did refund me for the missing pizza, but it was still very frustrating. Always make sure you check your pizza boxes!!

I walked in to place my order on Friday night. I sat in the lobby and watched for 20 minutes. The female employee at the front register waited on customers while answering the phone, etc. and then rolled out the pizza dough without wearing gloves. She went next door to the sandwich shop to get fountain drinks, came back and went back to rolling out the dough. Another female employee rolled out dough while rubbing her nose also without gloves. This was totally disgusting and should not be allowed.

Editing my review after talking on the phone with manager Shane. If you have any issues with anything regarding this location please talk to him 🙂 After a horrible experience he quickly got in touch with me and helped sort things out. Before, I was upset enough to never do business with this store. Now, I’m willing to consider doing business again.
Also just to make this review helpful for others – the peppers they get come packaged so if you receive any that look bitten off, they were cut and it was just a poor choice of whoever picked them from the bunch.

I ordered through GrubHub. When my order arrived I was missing (4) 20 oz Dr Pepper’s, my extra Peperoncini and my 4 packs of ranch. I’ve included a picture of what was delivered for 4 adults to eat for supper.
