I’d give it a one star but they did reimburse me after waiting an hour and 30 minutes for my pizza. (They messed up a simple pepperoni pizza, then missed label it, then not prepare it at all, then prepared it and lost it among the other orders, then the manager finally prepared it) However, the whole experience made me not want to return for a very long time. Sorry.

These pizzas looked perfect. I stopped ordering in the past, because of bubbles, not enough toppings, leaving the extras we paid for out. But we gave them another shot. Papa John’s did not disappoint. These pizzas looked great and tasted great too.

This is my 3rd visit to the new Jefferson location and again tonight there were bubbles in the top, little sauce, and the charge machine was down! Never had any of these issues at the old location. I’m very disappointed in this store so far and I love PJ!!

Ordered 5 bucks of extra pepperoncini peppers. Pizza was delivered and not even one pepperoncini was in the pizza box. Called and said they couldn’t refund the money, so they were going to give me a credit. What if I never order from them again? Ugh!

My 5 year old son is obsessed with the cheese sticks then they moved a few miles and now won’t deliver to our home he asks constantly about ordering his cheese sticks at least 3 times a week and is very broken hearted because it’s his favorite thing and we don’t have time to run to the location

If you have any issues with anything regarding this location please talk to him 🙂 After a horrible experience he quickly got in touch with me and helped sort things out. Before, I was upset enough to never do business with this store. Now, I’m willing to consider doing business again.

If I could give no star I would. I called to the Jefferson GA one and it sent me to a call center and I was told one price, my fiance went to store and it was $12 more than price said ove the phone. When I called back that store answered and told person what happened and then was told whoever told me price before wasnt their problem and that I was out of the money
