Ordered in store and waited 20 minutes for my food. When I ordered there was only 1 other person in there and they already had their food. The back is wide open and I can see them make my food and then just let it sit. Tried to get someone’s attention and was completely ignored.

The food I had was fine until I took one bite of my spicy potato taco and it had a weird taste to it, and it completely ruined my appetite. I don’t know what it was but it tasted awful and something you should not eat. Another thing was the drive thru wait. I get that places can get busy but, I did a mobile order to prevent a wait, and was behind two cars. It took me 17 minutes to get my food from the beginning of the drive thru to leaving and there was only two cars in front of me. And then when I finally got my food they gave me the wrong food which then I told them it was the wrong one and then getting back to my place the tacos were cold. I don’t think I would plan coming back because of the food and the speed of the drive thru.

Every time I order from THIS location. I never get my correct order. The manager I talked to today sounded pretty rude. But the employee’s are super understanding. It’s so annoying for the simple fact that. THEY put out the food for the dashers or for anyone picking up but every time I order from here. It’s always something missing or going wrong. They make people pay for stuff they don’t get.

One of the only places open late and it is my bestie and i’s fav place to go and get some dinner. We work till 2am so we generally go between 7 and 9. The employees are kind and when something is wrong it’s been fixed . Thanks for being awesome yall
