Ordered from UberEats as they had a special deal and I’m glad I did. Best burgers I’ve had in a long while. I got the bacon cheeseburger with cheddar cheese and A1 sauce and it’s delicious! Also ordered the chicken tenders which are a tiny bit salty, but that could just be that I don’t really eat salty stuff no more and not used to it. Still was very good. The fries were the best as despite the price, you basically get Five Guys style fries in a bag and there was enough for me to split with a girlfriend. Didn’t get a pic of that however because they were so good, they went QUICK. Would eat here again!

I really like the 30 Burgers restaurants and couldn’t wait to try this new location! When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and went to the counter and Eva was the nice young lady that took my order. I ordered:

Tried another location & got food poisoning from undercooked chicken. This branch is not like that at all. Very good burgers & sandwiches! Good portion sizes too. And a very respectable competent young man at the counter.

Not sure what’s going on at this location but this is the second time I have gotten old cold fries. The first time I called and came back this time I couldn’t because I would lose my parking space. It took 30 minutes to get a bbq chicken burger and these old cold fries. I guess it is because I asked where my food was since I was told 10 minutes but it took 30. Mind you 4 men came in about 6 minutes after me and ordered food individually. It took 15 minutes in and out, they got their food and a smile meanwhile my answer for asking about my food was well you ordered chicken. Since when does a bbq chicken burger and old cold fries take 30 minutes? Needless to say I did not eat the fries they tasted burnt and I will not be returning to this location. I will go back to the linden location even though it’s a longer drive because the food and service is better. So disappointed!!!!!! I really had high hopes for this place

This location is new. I love that they have comfortable seating so you can stay and eat inside. Its brightly lit up, pleanty of parking since its a shared lot. I usually go to the Linden location. I live in Elizabeth and decided to drop in to give it a try. Unfortunately they have some work to do. My family of 4 walked in, stood at the counter/register for 4 minutes before a staff member recognized us so we could give our order. And no, it was not busy. The staff could benefit on receiving some customer service training. First impressions are important. Initial interaction, there was barely any conversation. No hello, what would you like to order? … Also when it comes to how long they take to fill an order and learn to better communicate with customers who are waiting. I ordered 4 large milk shakes. The board for pricing shows $ 7.00. However I was charged $7.49 for each. It took 32 minutes for the young lady to fill the order and make the shakes. In the meantime other people ordered after us and were getting shakes and food before us while we sat patiently waiting. I was pleased that the quality of the milkshakes matched up with the Linden location. But was disappointed in the amount of time it took to prepare them and the lack of communication. I can only imagine how long it would have taken if we had ordered food. I will wait a good 4 months to give this location another try. Hopefully with time and experience they will get better at serving customers.

The food is never a disappointment my family and I have been going to 30 burgers on st George’s Ave for years and recently visited the new 30 burgers on elmora. The burgers are delicious and juicy very well flavored. I look forward and my family looks foward to frequently visiting this place again

First off all, The cashier is beautiful! Then, the burger, phenomenal. The service was great, simply because of the cashier. Her name is Selene. She is great. She recommended the Philly burger and the Oreo milkshake. It was so good. The bomb! Will come back again!

I am glad that they opened a restaurant in Elizabeth because I used to go to the one on Saint George Avenue all the way by Linden. Also when I get to taste the burger it’s a quality. Well done. Keep it up. Also I want to give a props for all the staff members Day daycare of their clientele. Well customer service overall the cooks. Fantastic job. Delicious food hours of service. Excellent. They open all the way till 3:00 or even 4:00. Keep it up like that. Thank you for serving the community of the city of Elizabeth. We all appreciate it included myself.
