I normally go to tropical smoothie every week almost daily and always have great service today. My fruit smell rotten. The banana was old. They did not put Nutella on my bowl, which is what I ordered. I go back in and this is the Nutella that they gave me the bowl isn’t even full And the smoothie base is already completely melted. The lady wanted to charge me twice for the Nutella to put the original amount on that I normally get poor service.

I ordered two smoothies and two bowls this morning and specifically asked that everything be made without banana and one of the smoothies was still made with banana. I’m allergic to bananas so now I can’t drink my smoothie and have to take medicine to stop the reaction from getting worse.

Smoothies were great! I ordered a baja chicken wrap. i took a bite and there were no beans or rice. cheese wasn’t melted. pretty disappointed. i get this wrap every time and this has to be the worst.

Placed an order to be delivered to my office. They left it outside the building on the sidewalk going in the the building. Eventually I found it. They must not have known it needed to be kept cold.

I stopped in for a smoothie and lunch. The person who helped me at checkout was kind and professional, but unfortunately, the rest of the staff seemed unorganized and unsure of their roles. One team member appeared lost and didn’t know how to make a smoothie— the other girl had to remake the smoothie for me. It really makes me question the training process—who’s in charge of getting the team prepared? Better training is essential, especially if things get busy. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this either—it also happened at the NKC location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training moving forward.

I ordered a smoothie and quesadilla for delivery through their app. When the food was delivered, I only received a smoothie. I called the cafe immediately to cancel my order. I was told they would not cancel my order, the food was there, and I needed to come pick it up. I was unable to come, thus paying extra in both price and delivery charges. I asked for a supervisor, but one was not available. I emailed the company, to which I received no response. I paid $14 for a smoothie that was supposed to be free that day. I will not return.

It’s smooth like avocado, with sweetness like coconut &a hint of lime I’d recommend this if you have a scratchy throat, so good!
