I think the photo speaks for itself… I ordered a steak quesorito and got 2 shells,some cheese, almost no rice, 3 pieces of steak and a French fry. Mind you I paid almost 7$ for this. Also got a burrito with hard rice. Every time I come here it gets worse and worse. Do better.

I rated it one star because I couldn’t rate it zero stars. We waited 30 minutes for our food there was no one in front or back of us. We watched the lady find her speaker and continue to dance to it in front of the window for a solid 10 minutes. Not a great dancer.

This taco bell location used to be pretty decent but they open at 9am but don’t serve breakfast anymore! Their breakfast crunch wrap was amazing. Otherwise the other food here is mediocre and it’s not as clean as most taco bells. If you want taco bell lunch just passing through the drive thru quick is usually pretty decent but avoid going inside if you can and if you want taco bell breakfast you will have to go to a different location. Very disappointing.
Update: I went to this taco bell again on a Saturday night and the drive through was so slow! Also my Large nacho fries was hardly full. This location is really going downhill fast and it’s sad it used to be better.

The amount of times I’ve said that this will be my last time going to this location is astonishing. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, rude service, cut you off before you finish ordering, 9/10 times the hardshell tacos I get are broken into pieces, wait times are insane. It’s ridiculous with the pricing of the food you pay for as well. Would give 0 stars if I was able to.
This will actually be my last time.
I’d rather drive to Appleton from now on than give this place a 1,000,000th chance just because they are one of the only fast food places in this town.

Went out for lunch with my sister and was greeted with yelling that we need to use the kiosk followed by a nasty look shot at both of us. Eventually we got our food and a worker had forgotten our cups so I politely asked for my medium cup and was again greeted with a nasty look and she completely ignored me. About 2 minutes go by of me waiting and finally she comes up to the counter, shoots another look, then slams the cup on the counter, scoffs and walks away. This is not the first time we have had issues with this lady. She also has a habit of yelling at other coworkers for no good reason while customers and waiting for their food and eating. This has been happening for years and it’s come to the point where I would rather drive an hour away than come to this one. Every time I have gone to this specific Taco Bell the older short lady has been yelling and cursing at her coworkers for no good reason.

I enjoy the nacho fries with my meal but every time I get them there soggy and cold or recooked and hard. The staff can be rude at times!

This location has the most rude employees. The main older lady that works the window is constantly rushing people and is extremely rude to customers at the ordering speaking and at the window. You are hardly given a minute to look over the menu, and having children it’s not always easy to say their orders as soon as you pull up to the speaker. They have a few good employees but all it takes is one bad employee to give the whole location a bad look. I have refrained from making a review in hopes that maybe she has just been caught on a bad day but she is like this EVERY time I go there lately

Never going here again, every time i go to that specific taco bell i get food poisoning, my whole family does actually, every single time, and its mainly from their chicken products, the other stuff is fine, but never steppin foot in that restaurant again

Terrible experience. Lady taking the order was rude, no napkins. Not offered any sauce packets. Forgot my Cinnamon Twists, then when I got them they were half full. Soda had more ice then soda. Don’t waste your time here.
