Service was incredible, and food was great!!! Thank you to Thong and Cat for making our dinner awesome! We’re vegetarian, and they were super helpful with finding items we could eat. They kept checking in to see that we had everything we needed too. Wow. Also we spilled a milkshake on their patio and they were very nice about it, replacing the milkshake for free.

This place is due for some major upgrades and cleaning. Food was old, cold and probably from the previous day. Showed up and not one person ordering. Very dirty and building needs a cleaning bad. This was my first sonic experience and I definitely need to go to a second one for a better opinion

For the past four months every time we have gone after 7pm. They are no longer serving ice cream. In the last two weeks we have gone 3 times and the ice cream is ‘not okay to serve’ at 3 in the afternoon. Lazy , incompetent workers who don’t want to do their job. So you drive to the one on the other side of town, where you’re met with incredible team members , who are frustrated AG THIS LOCATION ON W MAIN , because they’re making 2x the ice cream and develop problems with their machine.
