If you want a quality place to grab lunch stop in and eat the pizza buffet. This place is always clean, with a well stocked buffet. If you want something specific for the pizza you can even ask. The good is always on point, and everyone that I encounter always has a smile on their face. Melody and Brittany are such a great work team. We come weekly and love all the employees.

I have been to many Pizza Huts around the US and I have never had such great customer service as I have had at the one in Prescott Valley. The lady was so nice, helpful, and told us all about their specials and buffet. Their boneless wings are actually very good too! Normally I am not a huge Pizza Hut person but my family and I will be going often because this one is so much better and the staff is amazing!

Brittany the manager is a real peice of work, she has under-trained employees practically running the store, I have been a loyal customer for quite some time simply for the fact that usually when I go in I’m met by a very polite young lady that brings a very welcoming vibe to the store but tonight what I experienced was far from that. Today I was served by a young man and I could tell that he didn’t have much clue what he was doing due to the fact that there was at least 10 people waiting for their food, me and my wife ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our two pizzas and that’s just unacceptable when your pizza gets out of those ovens within ten minutes, when I went to see how much longer the wait was going to be on my order I watched employees deliberately ignore this young lady several times, they were extremely disrespectful to her and offered little to no help. I could visibily see on her face the distress that everyone around her was putting her through….she was practically in tears and when I left the store I was saddened to see that this young woman was crying her eyes out at the back of the store, I don’t know about you but I wouldn’t want my teenage daughter working with these people or even at this location after seeing the way they treat their employees. This is the first time I’ve seen an employee essentially segregated from the other workers and I’m truly disappointed to see this kind of behavior from what is supposed to be a family friendly and welcoming franchise. if I could leave zero stars I would, don’t dine in here if your expecting good service or positive attitudes.

I haven’t been to a Pizza Hut buffet in years. This one was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and Brittany provided excellent service. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be back!

We drove in from Chino to attend the dinner buffet. We were told by the call center that it was open on Sundays. Unfortunately when we got here the buffet isn’t open on Sunday’s. The manager immediately jumped in to try and make it right. The service was top notch and the pizza was the best we have had in a very long time. We will definitely be back!

Girls are great , understaffed, I’m pretty sure they’re making around $12 plus tips. waitress said they can’t find help to work.
