Always love coming to Hime when we have the chance. Servers are friendly and the sushi isn’t completely taken over by the Jalepenos revolution that most other sushi places do to serve our South of the border taste buds. I just wish the Hibachi side was in full working order.

Solid 4/5… For the food I ordered General Zhaos chicken and let me tell you, General Zhao needs to make better chicken. It tasted like 60% bread and 40% chicken. Overall the chicken was a 3/5. But I got fried rice on the side and that was a 5/5, making the food a 4/5. The appetizers were a 4/5 by the way. Service was chill. One thing about this place is its known to take forever to get your food. That was not the case for me. Food came in about an hour. The atmosphere was chill too. I don’t know how else to describe it except giving it a 4/5. Overall great place.

It was horrible! Each sauce was the same as the next. My bowl was burned! That stone bowl was way too hot! And my kid’s food was nearly Maruchan noodles! My girlfriend’s food was so egg-y.

Expensive, had a grease trap smell. The service wasn’t bad and the non sushi meal was okay. My better half liked the sushi I can neither confirm nor deny that it was good. I had Korean food, it wasn’t Korean. Although one doesn’t come down to deep South Texas for Asian food. If your looking for something different, give it a try. Just don’t expect China Town.

This place is great. Super friendly service, good food, reasonable prices, vegetarian friendly. Miso soup complimentary and waitress right away recognized dietary concerns and confirmed veg. Veg tempura good but slightly oily for some pieces. Veg spicy roll was great. Korean bibimbap with tofu was a bit on the high side but easily two meals in my opinion. Will absolutely be back.

I love Hime, my favorite place to go for my lunch break. They have great lunch specials and Tanya is an excellent server. I like to order the Orgasmo & Alaskan lunch special, delicious! Definitely recommend.

The waiter staff is very polite although sometimes are too lax for my taste. The whole place has a casual feel too it which I think should be a bit more professional. The food is great. Portions are surprisingly wholesome. On the hottest summer days or coldest winter evenings the restuarant keeps a comfortable tmperature.

My boyfriend and I were craving sushi so we decided to give this place a try. We were a little upset since we thought they still had 1/2 off sushi on Sunday’s & offered hibachi, but we were told that they didn’t have either for a while now. We still decided to stay and eat. We both loved the sushi. It tasted fresh and delicious. We were satisfied.
