Look, caviling about fast food is silly. Something has to be seriously out of whack for criticism to be anything but petty meanness. Service was somewhat slow here at lunch. It seemed two sweet older ladies were holding down the fort. Eight of us ate here. Seven orders came through fairly promptly. Mine arrived last, about 10 minutes after the rest. The good woman who brought it out apologized. I was happy with the food. The bathroom was spotless, worthy of five stars all by itself.

Staff is really iffy if that makes sense.. some of my order should have more meat n what not.. I use to work at a taco bell in a town where population was 28000 so we were busy.. they can do better in rice lake.. I’m glad where I work we have Accuracy, n no wait time

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes before being told we’d have to wait 15 for our food. Empty parking lot in the middle of the day.

Not friendly at all!! Ordered tacos and a barrito. My tacos were on the bottom and all broken. Barrito was on the top on the tacos . The barrito was OLD and stuck to the wrapping. I lost half the barrito because of it. The meat taste like dog meat as it’s definitely NOT beef!!! It’s been years since I’ve been to taco bell and the last time in my life time that I will ever show my face in one again! I actually feel sick now I never do reviews unless it deserves it. If you know what’s best DON’T GO!!! I’ve worked at a tbell back when I was 16 the food has totally changed. I’m shocked the the one here is even in business as I see no one in the parking lot or drive through at these are busy hours

Husband took the kids today. They ordered food then sat in the lobby waiting for 20/30 minutes, didn’t get their food by that point so went up to the counter to ask about it and was told THEY FORGOT ABOUT THEIR ORDER! Horrible customer service at this store!

Hardly no meat on the tacos! We ordered supremes, we paid for supremes and received regular tacos instead. The burrito was folded like a taco and impossible to eat! We will not be returning to this location!

Not the best tbell we’ve had, and the price hike kinda takes the point out of it, but it’s still a guilty pleasure that we rarely partake in so we’ll deal. This was probably the nicest and cleanest taco bell I’ve been in, but that’s a low bar.

This place has gone downhill since I worked here. Portions are terrible, the staff don’t care. The food was made incorrectly and looked slapped together…the revolving door speaks volumes on the management in place. I use to love eating here but now it’s full of disappointment and regret.
