If I could give zero stars, I would. Multiple times I have come to get food between 11:30pm-1:00am, and considering the store closes at 1:00am, you would think someone would take my order. However, every single time I come to this location any time late than midnight, they claim to be closed due to “short staffing”. That, or they simply don’t answer through the speaker. This is literally ridiculous, because each time this has occurred, there have been multiple cars in the parking lot, clearly belonging to staff considering the lobby closes at 9:00pm and there was no one in the cars. When this happens, I can also always see multiple workers behind the counter when I leave the drive-thru. They simply choose not to take my order. Yet they take my friends DoorDash order? Weird. Sounds like laziness to me. The people working these closing shifts need to be fired, or punished for this, because it is absolutely ridiculous.

I used the mobile app to order my food at the Taco Bell drive through. I like this method because you can customize your order. I did not customize anything tonight and waited about 10 minutes for my food. When I received my food, the chips for my nachos were missing, the burritos were labeled wrong, and there were no napkins in my bag. The person working the window was friendly, but the accuracy of the order was disappointing as usual. I should have learned my lesson by now, but here we are with cheese and no chips.

Gross, do some cleaning, everywhere, filthy restaurant. And don’t wear a food smeared t-shirt rag with holes in it. I about hurled when I used the restroom. Looked like someone had an explosion at the toilet instead of in it, no joke. Good thing I didn’t have to use it.
They had another customer walk out with a refund due to stale shells. Appetite lost.
Previously I’ve had little to none meat portion. 3-4 tiny little steak morsel is ridiculous. This location needs serious help and no taco bell for this guy now for a while.

Expect your order to be wrong, 3 times in a row now my order hasn’t been right whether it’s customizations on my food, or just the food itself isn’t what I ordered. Example, today I ordered chicken tacos, and they put steak in it… threw me for a loop.

Went with a friend and her son, we all got very sick after eating here. Nice employees but not helpful and stayed out of sight nearly the whole time we were in the building. Lazy people there.

Bought 2 chicken cantina tacos,I mex pizza & a supreme wrap! Mex pizza was a big sloppy mess, supreme wrap was basically meatless….asked for lots of hot sauce and got 2 packs!! Seriously ridiculous, considering the place was dead as a door nail….nobody there! Jus reminds me if why I don’t eat this crap, I jus happen to get back to town after a long drive! Show some dang pride in ur food, looks opposite of ur freaking commercials, !!!!!! Jus Nasty and I feel ripped off!!!!!!

The absolutely slowest drive through I’ve ever been through. This is happened the last several times I’ve been to this location. I order my food online 5-10 minutes before I ever get there so I can get my food and go. Every time, I’m waiting in line for 30-40+ minutes.

The staff was super nice and even though they were short-handed so there was a little bit of a wait they let me know what to expect before I even ordered so there was no surprises. I got all of my food it was made well and overall just a good experience!
