This taco bell was one of the best locations I’ve ever been to. I stopped going to the one in Rhinelander for many alarming reasons. We stopped at this one for lunch and we’re immediately greeted by friendly, welcoming employees. The interior was immaculate. There was a mix up on my order and I received a different item, and when the staff realized the mistake, they brought me out what I’d ordered even after i told them I was okay with what they rung up on accident, freebof charge. The atmosphere was superior and I definitely will return!

We stopped at the restaurant and ordered 3 soft taco supreme. Then I ordered 6 regular soft tacos. They were full of lettuce and barely any meat and cheese. The help was very nice, but I have no idea who prepared these. I guess its time to go back to Rhinelander where they know how to make these items. This is two times in a row

Ive been threw the drive threw and dine in several times and each time I go threw the drive threw they screw up my order. Once i ordered like 4 items and screwed up every single one. Im not picky about fast food so I ate it but I dont think its that hard to get an order right.

Normally, this place has good quality compared to other Taco Bells in the area. The kids working there are pretty friendly. But today, I got some grumpy middle-aged man in a manager’s uniform. Guy was a total jerk. I feel bad for the young people working there. Not first time I have seen this guy act this way. The last time I was there, he was screaming and cussing at some poor high school kid. Honestly, I would not allow my teens to work for this guy. Someone needs to send social services into this restaurant and find out about him verbally abusing his underage employees. From now on ill stick to the other Taco Bells in the area

With no one in the store took over 40 minutes to get two tacos and 3 fries that were cold. Guy working was very rude and was eating instead of making food or helping at the front desk. Also was yelling at other customers when they complained about time.

Went to the drive up, not sure if the guy at the window was having a bad day, or what, but he wouldn’t let me look through the menu, talked to me rudely, and my husband was on the phone and heard the exchange. Someone serving customers should treat us like he did. Like I said, maybe he was having a bad day, but if he treated everyone like he did me, maybe that’s why it’s never busy when I get there.
