Second time I was at this Subway location and second time both the bread and the cookies were stale and hard as a rock. Cookies were hard as a rock and crunchy and my bread was stale. Super annoying and frustrating ended up throwing the sub away. Only came back a second time because I ordered it on the app accidentally to this location. Not sure where all the good reviews came from.

This Subway location is nice. Very convenient when in the South Bethlehem area. When I went, pretty clean restroom. Comfortable service and relaxing atmosphere. In the mood for Subway and on the Southside. Stop by here for that quick service.

Staff was really rude . Came in and the sandwich artist just looked at me after I said hi, so I thought they were helping the next customer. Then he asks ‘oh are you ready now?” Okay… total power trip. Didn’t explain what breads were available (lots of non verbals and grunting)and it wasn’t a language issue, either. Obviously they hate the college student customer, but guess what, you are located next to a college!
Just go to The Goose -100 times better service sandwiches, and they actually help you. Subway def. did not REFRESH anything LMAO.

I hadn’t had subway in years, downloaded the app & ordered pick up. The sub I received was a huge disappointment so I left a review. I believe the owner responded to it with exceptional customer service so I decided to give this location another shot and I’m so glad I did! I’ve ordered from this location many times after and larger orders at that for the family. The Indian or Arabian gentleman (sorry if I’m wrong but I had to mention him) made my last app order subs bomb!!! They where delicious! Keep it up 4th st Subway! Thumbs up!

The manager, Dee, was very professional and helpful. Placed a catering order for 40 high schoolers two days in advance and Dee had everything ready for us, earlier than I had asked for. Highly recommend!

I’m a frequent Subway customer and I go out of the way to go to this specific Subway. I’ve noticed that the food is a lot fresher than other Subways I have been to and definitely a lot cleaner. The employees there are super friendly (especially Ben, Jay, Wil and Randi) and are truly sandwich artists.

Less than stellar experience – ordered my salad online and asked for more dressing on the side. Not only was my dressing not on the side, it was like eating honey mustard dressing soup with some veggies floating around in it. I usually never write reviews – but if you go to this location, please order in store so you can supervise how they make your food and don’t waste almost 10 dollars like I just did on food I just threw away.
