No one came to register, so I ordered at the machine by the door. Then was asked why I’m standing at register. I clicked pay cash that’s why. Was told short staffed but several people got to order at the counter and things the machine didn’t offer. Order was shortaged but we made the most of it.

Always a hit-or-miss experience. Luckily, this location is getting better with it’s food accuracy. The kiosks are an excellent way to help busy times, but I wish the employees wouldn’t ignore their lobby customers who are paying with cash.

From the very start this experience was awful. The manager Jesse W took our order. We requested time to review the order and were pushed continously for an answer even after we requested additional time to review the menu a 2nd time. Then, when we got to the window to pay, we were not greeted or anything. A farewell, “Have a nice day,” was given, however after the first bite of our order, a large hair was found in the very first bite. We called the store immediately and requested to talk to a manager and Jesse answered the phone. We explained what happened, and continued to be told we could come back through and get a new order, with no apology for the awful customer service and what we can only expect to be the deliberately placed hair in our meal. Jesse hung up on us. You have now loss a lifetime customer and we will post/share and tell our story where ever needed. This was hands down one of the worst experiences we have every had.

I recently worked at the hwy 10 taco bell across from dairy queen in Steven’s point. Was a great place to work at first. Let me pick up hours all the time and the pay was decent for fast food. However they hired a manager named Jake and once he was on board the restaurant went down hill. Amongst many reasons including personal hygiene and cleanliness, jake would repeatedly talk trash about not only customers but managers as well. He was preparing food while maintaining a skin condition that would flake down into food as he was making it while serving it to customers. This post is not to bring defamation nor is a hate post. Simply stating facts and have witnesses to back up these claims. I reported it multiple occasions and nothing was ever done. Jake also would shut the water heater off to the store forcing it to close and having a technician come to “check it out” this is fraudulent activity and never was delta with. If you love tacos and want to get away with anything under the sun I suggest you apply here ✌
