I go here very regularly, and everyone is always very friendly. Whenever Jayden is working, I know without a doubt that my meal is going to be extra great because she does an extremely incredible job. Jayden deserves to be tipped on a regular basis and shown appreciation. I am not sure though if Taco Bell Employees can be tipped or not. I truly value and appreciate Jayden so very much. I gave clear instructions on what I wanted. They dismissed everything and made the food without looking at the instructions. I paid more for chicken and didn’t receive any in my crunch wrap (found this out miles later). I asked for no dairy because the meal was for someone super allergic to dairy. The teens in the back were just goofing around and giggling…. Ugh

Always make portions smaller than what it should be. I order a ckn power bowl every time I go to a taco bell. I am always very full from them and this one left me hungry. Hardly anything in the bowl. And husbands order was cold and lacking too. Won’t ever be back they lost our business. They are horrible on all fronts. Go to Beaver dam taco bell they always are great when we order our food. And open when they say they are.

This store continuously has problems, either items are missing from an order,are made wrong or as tonight, apparently closed early due to being “understaffed”. I have tried to apply here to be told they had no positions available, so either they are lying or corporate needs to fire people and hire new employees. I am sick and tired of not being able to get food when they should be open. I have worked food service for four years, and never have we closed early due to being short staffed. Either put competent adults on for closing shifts or just close the store permanently. Also my partner doordashes and had to wait 30 minutes for them to make the order she had to pick up, almost losing her money. Fix the issues with this store or close it.

The employees always close down early around 9-10 every night. Even if I get up to the drive-through window before any lights shut down, they immediately shut down the lights before I order to deter myself or anyone from ordering. No sign or posts indicating they are short staffed or closing early. If they are having staff problems it would be nice to update store hours or have warning signs to let others know they could close early. This has happened now for about a month.

Slowest and worst service I have ever had at a Taco Bell. Out of chicken, no napkins, no silver ware, forgot the chips and cheese, no sauce. Went back through drive thru and told lady she forgot the chips and cheese and she laughed. Waited 5 min for someone to hand her the chips and cheese. Told the red headed lady at drive thru this was the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been to and she laughed and said “that isn’t true.” I will not be returning to this restaurant ever! And now I’m home eating the food that is now cold and it’s the wrong thing. So frustrating!! Terrible customer service and terrible food!

We have a large family. We have been going to Taco Bell with our large family and never once have I been told we need to call ahead for that large of an order. We order boxes and two number 4. That was bad customer service and that made me question what they have done to my food. When I tried to ask the girl a question about her statement she closed the window and walked away looking at us over her shoulder. Mind you the lobby was closed by 9 so we couldn’t go in. You would think that after a family spent $75.22 there was a better way to handle that situation. Not sure how I feel about going back.

I’ll suggest not trying to order online to pick up in the drive-thru.. literally took 42 min from when we got to the drive-thru to say we were there until we got to the window. [Yeah. 3 cars – including one truck with a boat, so that should have sped er up……??] Got to the window and they wanted extra money for the order I’d already pd for.

Drive thru: Sat waiting at window for 2 minutes, while drive thru guy was stirring a drink concoction together for next customer(?) while my food got cold. Seemed very sketch!! Counter person came to drive thru to hand me my food order sitting there while drive thru guy continued stirring. Food was very good.

Don’t even bother ordering mobile from this location. Last 4 times we’ve ordered they’ve randomly closed early or the order gets canceled. We’re done trying, make the short drive to Beaver Dam to get TB.
