I know these guys are tired of me dashing breakfast from them almost every morning but ive never had any problems with the orders or the people even when going in person, they’re usually chill ‍↕️ I think sometimes we forget as people that all of us are going through our personal lives along with work so even when they’re being “rude” I remind myself of the stress they probably go through dealing with customer service. My foods always good and they do a good job

I went through this drive through on 11/22/2025 around 11:20pm.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at taco bell, probably ever. it was BAD.. They were right off the bat being extremely rude and mocking me when I said I needed a minute. They were being extremely condescending towards me while I was giving my order. Then I asked for hot sauce and fire sauce at the window and he said “I cannot give you fire sauce we are out” in an extremely rude manner. then he told me to park out front and they bring it out to me. I got back to my hotel and opened the bag my whole order of food looked like it was intentionally smashed and thrown in the bag. I never got any sauce or napkins and items did not look like they were even made correctly and cold. That was probably the worse fast food experience I’ve ever had and they negative attitude towards me for no reason made this absolutely pathetic. Something has to be done with this staff.

I am writing this as someone who genuinely loves Taco Bell—it has always been my favorite fast food restaurant. Because of that, it’s incredibly frustrating that my local location treats DoorDash drivers with disrespect.

On October 7th, 2025, I accepted a DoorDash order from this location. It was a difficult day for me personally, as the date marked one year since I lost my dog, and I had been trying to finish a memorial post. I still showed up polite and composed.

When I arrived, the lobby doors were locked around 10:30 PM, even though they should have been open. I went to the drive-thru and let them know kindly that I was there for a pickup. They told me to pull to the window, then said the order wasn’t ready and asked me to pull forward. I was pleasant and said, “No problem, thank you.”

I waited over 15 minutes. Employees were inside sweeping and talking, but no one ever brought anything out. After waiting over 20 minutes total, I looped back through the drive-thru since I couldn’t go inside. I was told again the order “wasn’t ready” and asked to pull forward — even though it was clear the order had not been started at all.

A man who claimed to be a manager (but also said he was off the clock) tried to pressure me to move again, even though I was already extremely late and could not cancel the order myself — only the customer could. He then refused to make the order altogether.

I waited until the customer finally canceled so I wouldn’t be penalized by DoorDash. I earned nothing for that entire time.

I reported this to DoorDash and Taco Bell corporate. Nothing changed.

Since then, I have continued to decline orders from this store, especially after 6 PM, because I know I will be ignored or forced to wait excessively long — which hurts my time, my earnings, and my ability to do my job well.

I do not want to dislike this location.
I want to have a good working relationship so customers get their food and everyone can be treated with basic respect.

But this location genuinely acts as though DoorDash orders and drivers do not matter.
Our customers are their customers. These orders matter just as much as any in-person order.

I hope this review encourages management change, staff training, or accountability, because I want to be able to support Taco Bell — not avoid it.

This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell’s I have been to. I deliver for Door Dash. The lobby was closed early so everyone had to go through the drive through. After you order, they tell you to pull around and park. We waited over 20 minutes for the food and eventually pulled back around through the drive through again. Sitting at the drive through window they wanted us to pull around again and argued with us when we would not. “Their drive through time was being effected by us sitting there.” Really? Isn’t the drive through clock there to make sure the store provides fast service? Not for the employees to manipulate to look better than they actually are. They were extremely rude and even refused to make our food for us. Our customer even tried calling the store but got no answer. The order had to be canceled because the employees refused to make the food. Corporate will be receiving a call in the morning.

This issue is ongoing, the employees refuse to make door dash orders. I have given different shifts opportunity to do it right but it seems every evening is the same. I apologize to anyone ordering from this location through door dash but good luck getting your food.

Came into the drive-thru an hour and 20 minutes before closing time. We could see an employee through the window sitting at a table eating. We were asked by the worker if we were going to be using mobile app for reward points to which we said no. Then he followed up by asking us if we had a 4 digit code or a mobile pickup to which we also said no. He then proceeded to not say anything back to us and ignored us twice, we then proceeded to call the store just to have him answer the phone and hang up on us. This is very rude behavior and unacceptable.

Ordered on the app. Doors were locked. Imagine having 5 kids and they have to eat in the car, in my case I have my work uniform on and it’s my one chance to sit down and eat . Remove pick up option from the app .
Plus why lock the doors? It’s all kiosks .

It wasn’t the food but the amount of flies in the middle of the winter that mad me walk out. Looking under the kitchen on the way out I could tell why they were there. Amazing that they can keep it open.
