Used them on Too Good To Go App and they gave a great amount of food. Absolutely delicious! I wanted to purchase a piece of fried chicken just to support and they gave it to me for free. So sweet! Very nice staff and great food!

I really enjoyed their beef ribs, after the first bite, I knew it was something I would be returning again for! The flavor profile is beautiful, and it almost gives fusion because I taste african influence. Absolutely delicious flavor with depth. There wasn’t a lot of meat admittedly but for the price it is a great deal in my opinion.
I also purchased their pineapple mango juice, and it was delicious as well! It was a very thick, fresh, quality juice. I will get 2 next time. Great price for the size. Not to mention, their cake with rasins had a wonderful texture. Everything was really good. Not a single complaint!

It’s now my new favorite Jamaican spot. My food is always hot when I get it. The turkey wings are magnificent, it’s all I get and my husband swears by their oxtail. It’s a clean establishment and the service we receive is always good however, it could be better. My only take away is I think the employees could be a little more welcoming and friendly… or engaging rather… especially to first time customers. Sometimes the food being good isn’t enough to make a returning customer. Even a smiles goes a long way. Makes the customers feel welcome and appreciated… And that is not to say they are rude or unkind because they are not. I just like to be greeted with a smile.

I came to the mom & pop place and was greeted by a friendly, sweet lady. It’s like meeting an old friend. She was very accommodating. I ordered the pasta and she told me she can make it less spicy for my child. And then when we received the food, it was fresh, generous, and very delicious. Wow!

I was skeptical at first because I’ve been to other spots in Atlanta where the food was in warmers and got small portions of food that turned out dry & not so good. BUT THIS WAS NOT THE CASE…
The food was hot, not warm, flavorful AND juicy. We had the oxtails and ordered curry shrimp (cooked to order). The servings were well prepared and you definitely get what you paid for. Definitely my new spot to stop on a regular basis.

Great tasting food and very nice people. I eat here almost every week now. I’m like family lol. If they were in a different location on the main road they’d definitely get more traction. Love the cabbage, flavors, bread pudding, chicken soup, read pea soup and “manish watta soup” amazing and the food is ready fast. I prefer my oxtails with almost no fat on the outside-these have some fat. I was very surprised at the inside aesthetic of this place as I am not a fan of the outside look of the Plaza. However, I do go to the cleaners in this plaza every week. Very nice inside and very nice greeting from cashier and chef. She helped me understand what was the specials for the day and went over the menu. Everything clean and fresh. Great pricing and again they have specials. The brown stew chicken, oxtails, rice and peas, cabbage and plantains were all good. I was very pleased that I received quality taste from the first five items I tried. I really wanted the fried fish, but she told me to try it Escoviche style which was a few more $, and comes with onions and sauce. The onions and carrots were very spicy and I think I would’ve preferred fried regular. The cocoa bread taste like a regular roll. The beef patty was tasty but I wanted more filling. The banana bread is delicious, don’t forget to ask for the special sauce they make with it, amazing. The pineapple upside down cake was fair. The bread pudding was the most transformed dessert. I like the raisins in it and it’s cut well portioned. The things I didn’t like can be upgraded easily so I would recommend this place. I feel like Jamaican restaurants all have the same menu. The sides are always rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains. I love when a restaurant stands out with a unique methods and vegetables. My favorite is here are cabbage, callaloo, roti, skin, veggie roti and plantains. This restaurant is not on the main road so you’d have to pass by it or someone tell you about it. Only 3 shops in this plaza are open typically. I’m sure it will start coming up in your food searches near as Jonesboro is quite the food desert. Low vibrational food and over policing All around by design. It’s nice to have quality food nearby. If this place can keep up the authentic cuisine/great value while driving traffic, then they should hang around and do well. I eat here every week. If they don’t have an item that day, you can special order it and pick it up a different day, that’s cool. I really love the red pea soup.

I pass this place on a regular considering how it’s in my neighborhood. I decided to stop one day just to try and literally one of the best decisions ever. I normally get the curry chicken with rice and beans with cabbage no plantains. Tonight was know different I went to get my usual but unfortunately but fortunately they was out because they just gave me some of the most tender and delicious oxtails I done had in GA since being here. I had to stop in the middle of eating to leave I a review. I appreciate Peaches and my blue hair friend so bad!!!

The lady who was in there alone was great, nice and seem really sweet but the food was not at much. It was really disappointing and the gravy for curry was almost thick like regular gravy, wasn’t the same color nor stained as real curry powder was inside of it. Had no carrots in it either and It tasted nothing like curry at all, the yellow and white rice was perfect. The Mac n cheese and cabbage was alright but even the her sauce was light red tint as if it was sweet and spicy sauce didn’t taste like a thing of jerk. The best thing out of my families meal mentioned by my mil was the pineapple upside down cake. Not sure if it was just a bad day I know we all have them but it wasn’t a great experience and we’re big Jamaican food lovers. Will be sticking to our regular spots from now on. One of my family members mentioned they would only go back for the pineapple upside down cake !
