Had an early dinner there this evening and the food was great. However we ordered soda and so far it’s the highest priced soda I’ve had anywhere $4.15. Sorry that is just insane. 2 sodas came to $8.30. From now on I’ll stick with water!!!!

This place was highly recommended and it did not disappoint! Fun and vibrant atmosphere, fast and attentive service, and the food was DELICIOUS! I had the quesabirria tacos – authentic cheese, rich consomme, and the red grease that runs down your arms – they nailed it. The house-made chips and salsas were also excellent and they gave me plenty of to-go containers for my long ride home. Gracias!

CARRY-OUT ORDERS: 110% check your order before you leave out of their door. Ask an employee to physically pull everything out of the bag before you leave & check it. Totally fooled again! I’ll blame myself “again” for trusting them to put all of my order together. Last 2 previous orders I got were missing tortillas. Today, no cold salad items I specifically ordered were included. After 3 orders missing items now, I’ve learned my lesson. Especially after I’ve politely called all 3 times to say something to remind them to ask staff to double check orders. I’ve called each time to let them know. They act like they can’t understand you. I’ve never once had anyone even apologize, offer to replace it or offer a small refund on those missing items. Person answering the phone just said “thank you for letting us know” dead silence after that. Food is good but not good enough for them not to make things right. If a place is going to charge .75 for carryout due to supply prices, make sure you include everything.

Really good Mexican food in Powhatan. Restaurant is located right off Rt. 60. Food was delicious, I went for the lunch specials. Service was fast and friendly. I will definitely stop by again.

This place was packed, but the staff handled it very well. Waited about 10 minutes, say and ordered, and the food was out in another 10 to 15 minutes at the most. Friendly staff, all smiles, great food, good prices.
