Went through the drive through, didn’t get all my food and didn’t notice till I drove all the way home, which is about a 1/2 hour away, not worth going back but really annoying. It’s not that hard to make sure everything is in the bag. I would be more understanding if they were slammed but it was not busy at all. I have worked in fast food, I understand how it works.

I ordered before I looked around and frankly regretted my life choices. Had to ask someone to wipe down tables as there wasn’t a single clean one in the restaurant. Don’t know when the floor last saw a mop.
If this is the dining room what is the kitchen like?
Follow up… three hours later… I wouldn’t go into that bathroom I just used!
AVOID!

Let’s first start off with the dining room , I work in customer service/food service , theres 4 people working in there with little to no customers , the floors are disgusting and so are the tables.
Secondly I’d like to mention the fact that every employee in that building had the ugliest attitude, they did not provide my drink cups with my order and I simply asked if I could have them and two of the four workers (one had long greasy curly brown hair that wasn’t even in a net and the other one seemed to act if he was ‘manager’ or some kind of higher up , either way , don’t care ) , decided it was a great idea to spur off unnecessary attitude at me ‘woah woah i dont know CAN you?’ And proceeding to laugh with his buddy at me like it was a good one or something.
I understand not enjoying where you work , but these boys need to grow up a bit.
Trust me , nobody wants Taco Bell that bad , the service there will continue to lower itself.

If I would have used the drive though, I would have given this place 2 stars because it was the slowest Taco Bell I’ve been to in a long time. But I was inside, and the 3 guys they had working were absolutely busting their butts in the kitchen. The lead guy with the beard was also restocking the lobby and keeping it clean. I don’t think they could have done anything better than they did, and despite being slammed and working fast, all my food was above average for Taco Bell. Keep up the good work!

The guy working the window couldn’t even say hi or thank you. We didn’t get our whole order. Waited 20 mins in line, and the line was so long still, so we weren’t going back! Employees were arguing in the back. I’ve never spent my money in a drive thru to have someone not even say a word. Find a new job if you hate it so bad!

The staff here always works super hard even if they’re faced with challenges like understaffing and supply shortages. The food is always good.

Waiting a half hour for tacos is ridiculous. If you are an employee standing at the counter doing nothing, you can fill the empty napkin holders (yes cutlets asked for napkins) wipe down tables or empty over flowing garbage. Disgusting! Never again!

If I could rate this Taco Bell properly I would give it a ZERO! We ordered and our total was $18.93 we gave him a $20 the guy at the register proceeds to yell back to someone that he needs change as he only has .4 cents in his drawer. The guy could hardly open the change rolls dropping some of it. While waiting on Sir Donavan (thats the name on our receipt) we started noticing there were flies everywhere, floor needed mopping, tables needing wiped. Sir Donavon proceeds to pick change up off the floor and continue on without washing his hands. We were in a hurry and didnt feel like arguing about why we would just like a refund so we took the food(it was to go) outside to garbage cans and threw it out. We went to Pizza Ranch when we left. Extremely surprised after reading the other reviews that this Taco Bell hasn’t been shut down.

Quesadilla was over cooked but ok. The drive thru line took time, but food came out in a timely manner. Burritos came out nice hot, filled well. Staff was nice.
Willing to come back.

If you’re going to charge higher prices than all the Taco Bells in the greater Madison area, then the food shouldn’t be worse than the other locations. If you’re going to skimp out on the amount of fries or the portions inside the shells on purpose, maybe you should look into someone else taking over the franchise or letting another place open in that spot.
