Placed order at kiosk. When they called name for order they didn’t give us any cups for our drinks that we ordered. We had to serve our selves on that. Then we ordered 3 soft shell taco supremes no tomato. What we got were 3 with tomato no sour cream. We had ordered guacamole on all 3 didn’t get it. Then we ordered a hard shell taco supreme with add jalapeño and it also had no sour cream. We Frank’s RedHot® Diablo Chicken Nacho Fries changed it to the ground beef and added Pico de gallo and jalapeño and didn’t get the pico de gallo. Over all very disappointing.

To start I couldn’t how to get in because of the bad lighting and location and i get into line and I look for 20 seconds and she says “not trying to be an annoyance but I recommend you go to a parking lot if your talking this long” and once I got to the window I wanted 1 minute and 20 seconds for her to tap my card, she gives me my food and I leave like whatever THEN I follow the drive thru back yo the parking lot and no joke I run straight into the tree branch dangling right in the middle of the drive thru. And this nov daddy truck and massive however it scratched the whole entire mirror o the drivers side like no heads up? Like what a great end to my night.

Very horrible service. The employees don’t care, and want anything to do with you. Things are always broken or not working properly… Very rude employees who obviously only care about their paycheck. Sometimes they’re not even working! I would rather go somewhere else, never giving my business to this dump again!

I ordered two steak quesadillas tonight. Both quesadillas hardly had any food inside them. It was like eating tortillas with some cla little cheese in them. Sorry but not going back to location for a while.

Not even 10 seconds of sitting in the drive thru to look at the menu and the employees were very adamant that we pull around and come inside. We politely declined and they became upset when we said we were still trying to decide. They said we could only place orders over $60 inside, but we hadn’t even ordered yet. Then said “whatever” very rudely when we said we would come inside after all. There was only one lane in the drive thru and had someone in front of us so ended up waiting for 10 minutes anyway just to pull around. Staff were rude and pushy. We were trying so hard to be understanding as we have worked in fast food ourselves and know what it’s like. But the “WHATEVAH” and a few other “choice words” was the final straw. Why have a drive thru if customers aren’t allowed to use it???

I don’t normally share pictures of food, but I can’t believe how bad this bean burrito is. I got home, opened up the hard, stale tortilla to add some hot sauce – and found what you see here: a crusty clump of what I’m guessing are very stale, dried out beans.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a fresh burrito. Why go out to eat, pay for something, when you can make it better at home?
I’m not writing this to be insulting or complain. I’m writing this with the hope that somebody reading this can help make a positive difference in the kitchen here and, well, many Taco Bells. ( 9/12/23)

Used to love them occasional taco bell visit in Verona, I don’t know if they recently changed staff or something, but my recent visit I got 2 cheesy gorditas, and a friend got a chili cheese burrito. All 3 items were cold. My chalupas literally had ice in them, I’m assuming from frozen lettuce? The soft shells on both chalupas were also old or something, or maybe not warmed? I dont know, im not a fast food expert, but i’m really sad I cant go this taco bell anymore. Neither one of us ate our food after a couple bites. I cant afford that! Hopefully they fix it soon! I hate leaving bad reviews, but that was, bad.

This second shift crew was rude and very very disrespectful, to start off they got my order wrong and once I went in to get what I paid for, the manager got rude very quickly and she told me it was my fault that I didn’t see that he put it in wrong after telling him what I wanted 2 different times. She also told me to pay attention when it was her workers fault in the first place. How this Taco Bell is still open amazes me, they treat their customers like their dumpster in the parking lot. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend. But I wanna give thanks to the two men that helped with the situation with ease unlike the manager and the guy working the drive thru

The food is Tacobell, I’ve no issue with that. It’s the sauce packets – I never seem to get any. Drive through, you have to ask at the window when paying or risk not getting any (even if you ordered via drive through ordering device). Door dash, even if you order sauce packets on the app – You won’t get the sauce packets. Are they forgetful or stingy about the sauce packs? I’m not sure but eating something without the sauce just won’t work.
Edit: Update. Been a long time since I door dashed me some Taco Bell. So, I decided to go in, instead. Still no sauce even in drive thru. I give up on this Taco Bell.
Edit: Update. Ordered from here just to test if we could get sauces.
