For a new fast food restaurant, they’re doing great. I haven’t been to Taco Bell for a while and this one was in a convenient location for us to visit and we stopped by.

Workers were all very rude, including the manager, made me and my fiancé very uncomfortable. The cashier took our order and we said we wanted to eat there and she acted like that was the biggest inconvenience she has encountered. One of the cooks who was a very nice younger girl brought our food out in a bag. Not sure if that was supposed to be a hint for us to leave or they just didn’t want to wash trays. Another worker was cleaning the bathrooms and gave us a very dirty look and rolled her eyes as were sitting there eating. The manager was making derogatory comments about me and what I had ordered and didn’t care that I heard him. Then they didn’t bring me my drink and I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes waiting for someone to notice me. They did, but they just didn’t care and the only nice employee notices me and asks me what I needed and got it right away. So safe to say, never again.

So today we went here for the first time and while we were ordering the young lady couldn’t really hear us so she didnt out we wanted no beans. My mom reminded her & the GM (general manager) came and got on the mic telling us we need to say what we want since he was making the food as we were ordering. (What you not supposed to do until the order is done just in case the customer changes there mind) So we get our food and we were missing a taco and he still put something on one of our tacos even though we said to take it off.

Arrrrgh. Someone doesn’t know how a deep fryer works. If the temp is too low, you get a soggy hash brown that weighs three times as much because of the oil it soaked up from not having the outer layer “seared” right away. This made the standalone hashbrown inedible and the one in the crunch wrap needed to be scraped out. My Orange Juice was also not included with my order but that might have also been doordash’s fault.

I went to pick up an order for door dash. I patiently waited at least 5 minutes before i was acknowledged and then a male employee came to the counter and was very rude to me. I told him the name and before he even went to the computer he got an attitude and told me the order was to far back in the computer. when i questioned what that ment he said i can make the order if you read me what you have. i showed him my phone and he said rudely like I said before read me the order and I can make it. I asked if he was serious and he said yeah orders aren’t premade which is a lie. I’ve DoorDashed there before and I said never mind I’ll just drop the order. He said so what everybody’s dropping it and then I said, I’m going to report your attitude because you’re being rude and he turned and swore at me as he threw his hands up. I am not trying to be a Karen, but no one should be treated like this. and this is probably why that woman’s order kept getting dropped.

So far so good. Newly opened so the food and service should be great right? So far I havent had a bad experience at this location yet. Food is hot and correctly made. Speed at the drive thru is average. Fingers crossed that this location stays this way for years to come. Only negative is that TB’s food is way overpriced.
