I will post pictures because I’m on the way to a football scrimmage and you will see the footlong sandwich that I got that was totally uneatable was supposed to have it’s number 15 on their menu specifically says double meat double cheese I ordered spinach on it no spinach extra mayo no mayo no onions I tried calling the store of course they’re not answering their phone probably have too many complaints coming in I will explain oh and the sandwiches were buy one get one free I only got one the other one was not free I will be calling the store tomorrow to talk to the manager or I will go above their head if they don’t make

Ordered online twice now and sandwiches are never made to specifications, you pay for premium extra ingredients, especially the fresh mozzarella, and never receive it. Selected fresh mozzarella with the upcharge, it’s missing despite being charged. They didn’t give my dasher the bag of chips I ordered. Selected extra red onion light lettuce, I got light onion with a TON of tomato. Out $$$ for the missing chips, missing cheese, and overall it’s a waste for poorly made food.

Stood in line for a few minutes. Employees were in the back prepping food. Saw me and didn’t Greet me which isn’t a biggie…. but then one comes out to stock food still doesn’t greet me and back to the back again…. so I left….

Probably the worst subway in town bunch of young people working there that act like they don’t even want to do their job. Never going there again, I advise everyone else not to either. No customer service skills whatsoever!!! They do whatever they want in there I guess. ♂️

I May have come at a non typical time, but they had a door dash order and multiple online orders that were being made while in person customers waited. The line got pretty long. Looks like they have a a separate pick up area for door dash, but requested dressings were not included, requiring the door dash delivery person to cut in the long line to complete the order. Also a separate pick up for online orders may help with the log jam of in person customers. Standing and waiting watching orders be made for customers who aren’t present is agrivating when it goes above 5-7 minutes. Zero complaints about the food and the restaurant was extra clean for being swamped.

Went to Subway at 2718 W.Michigan Ave in Battle Creek,Mi and the service wasn’t good at all. People ( employees) prefer to be outside the store, chatting and Smoking and the other employee inside rather play on his phone instead of taking care of the customers. They lost 4 customers an hour ago because of their selfish attitude and behavior. I won’t be going back there again.
