Went at 10:00 PM – hours state open til 4 am. Appeared to be close by turning off the lights. Menu wasn’t lit up making it hard to see. Asked if they could turn it on as I could not see menu. They said they could not because lights were out. Asked if I could see an accessible menu – states “umm we don’t have those”. Ok? Asked for a mangers name and male cashier says Robbie J. Asked when he will be in and replies “I think tomorrow night” I also asked for my receipt and they said they couldn’t because no paper? What is going on here. Thanks for the no help. Poor attitudes, poor service.

Was there at 10:30 tonight. The lights were out but we could see a bunch of people inside so we went through the drive thru and were told we had to order inside, use the kiosk, and pay with cash only. No explanation why. We ordered over $50 worth of food. Three workers made our stuff so it was fast but they stuffed everything in one bag, with the crunchy stuff on the bottom. Crunchy tacos were soggy and smashed, my Mexican pizza was on the very bottom, smashed and soggy. I would’ve driven back and requested a refund but we had just flew back in town from vacation and were exhausted. Never again! Learn how to pack to go orders so they don’t get ruined!

Worst Taco bell I have ever been too… place will be shut down within the next 3 months guaranteed… when I pull up and can’t even pay cash because all there accepting is online orders. Yeah your business is screwed. I tried last three times this was the case. I’ll go to the taco trucks they never turn down cash.

This location has to be the worst. I approached the drive thru and was told that they had a meat shortage and it was about a 30 minute wait. I said okay, was told to pull around and wait. I come back about 20ish minutes later and see people in the drive thru so I approach the speaker again. The lady working on June 27th at 11:18 pm was insanely rude. She kept talking over me and being extremely disrespectful towards me. I tried to be as nice as possible but she kept talking at me in a disrespectful manner. I ended up driving off, but I am very displeased with this customer service. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me or others, and I doubt it’ll be the last.

I had placed an order for pickup using their app and it watched as the order was made and then ‘finished’ thru the app. I left to get my food and showed up to the location where they told me they received no order and their wifi was down and to cancel through the app. when i tried to cancel i realized there was no cancel option on the app and i went to another store for help and to reorder my food. the store i went to told me this location had lied about the wifi and that they frequently did this to not work. when i called again to this location they were insanely rude and talked over me and said they couldn’t help at all.
