Drive thru was fast enough, guy was polite enough, but it’s clear there is minimal effort in every department. Asked the guy a couple questions and he looked bothered to respond; the burritos and tacos were starting to go stale sitting under the warmer for so long. I did ask for a soft taco, but it was basically a crunchy one. Maybe skip for the next individual places.. Especially if you’re passing through.

I think it is great that they are helping someone with a disability and giving him a chance. But they need to talk to him about shoving peoples bag of food at the customers. The kid is super nice and polite which you dont get much anymore. He just gets in a hurry, i think, and will quickly shove the bag out the window, not even making sure the customers have a hold of the bag. I almost dropped my bag of food and my drink because of this. So maybe just have him slow down just a little and make sure the customers in their cars have a hold of everything before he lets go of things.
