Good food. Good vibe. Great service.
1. I ordered spicy southwest chicken sandwich with side of chicken tortilla soup and side of Mac and cheese. The sandwich is really good. The bread is so soft and tastes delicious. So lively and chicken tastes good too. Chicken is it’s not fried. After long time, I enjoyed a sandwich. Soup is really good too. I don’t feel Mac and cheese that great.
2. Costs about $15 for single and serves fast.
3. We can customize these sandwiches. Like add extra black bean paste.
4. Get fully crowded on weekends here. But there will be space in summer due to outside seating.

I’ve been to this McAllister’s a handful of times but this time was exceptionally bad in terms of service. The food was great, as always so no diss there. However, the service was atrocious. The cashier, a man, maybe 40s-50s, thin white hair, no facial hair, glasses. I didnt catch his name. Anyways, I went with my grandparents, and im well aware that my grandfather is on the slower side as he cant make decisions very fast, but come on. This man acted like there was 100 places he’d rather be and made it known. Then he helped deliver the food to the table, clearly fed up with something, he just kind of tosses the plates with no care in the world. I get some people may not be a people person, but lets not work in a place where dealing with people is the whole shtick. Just very underwhelming when this place is always so good all around. All other staff was solid, good 4-5 stars for them, but for this man, the one we directly interacted with, I wish I could give less than a 1 star for treating customers, especially elderly like they dont seem to matter

Would be more stars BUT THERE WAS DIRT ON MY sSANDWICH!!!!!!! WHYA DID THEY DO THIS TO ME!!!! YOU CANT PUT DURT ON A SANDWICH AND SERVE IT! Ridiculous. I uploaded a picture so you can see the obvious dirt on my sandwich probably to bully me or something. But otherwise the sandwich and meal was very deliciously good . And yummey! 🙂 the workers was friendly and good to I really liked the meal, just not the dirt. But it still tasted good so 4 stars! Thanks!! 🙂

Trash. I ordered a club that was supposed to have bacon, but it was turkey & ham only. I travel for work do I’m out of state 3-4 days a week and places like this make me rethink my career. Since I work on the road all 3 meals come from restaurants & sometimes I wish they’d just let me in the kitchen to make my own food because I guarantee I wouldn’t mess up my own food. Owner or manager if this establishment, don’t even offer for me to come by tomorrow because I don’t live here, I live in Texas. NOTE: upon further review they also messed up my new yorker, it was supposed to have pastrami and corned beef, and it has some sort of white meat on it. Last time I checked pastrami and corned beef isn’t white.

Visiting Cincinnati and I met a lifelong schoolmate for lunch. Just know if you follow me but if I don’t post a picture of the food it’s because it was so good I dived in and forgot! And that’s what I have to say about the New Yorker Connie, similar to Ruben with pastrami added, and I switched out the spicy mustard for thousand island dressing. I had a half sandwich half salad. The salad was average, but to be expected because I just simply got the garden salad. They’re iced tea as fresh and delicious, and the lemons were juicy! I recommend McAllister’s deli for dine in or takeout.

Standard joint. If you come enough, get their app. Don’t over think the place get the sandwich you like and if your lucky the tea could be good and not a water down brown water thing.

Normally, I order the Savannah Chopped Salad, which is always great; however, I ordered a Club Sandwich as a takeout. I opted to proceed with caution after I opened the container and saw this. I threw it away.

Always amazing food, and very clean! Very quick service and the food is always hot. Lots of choices to choose from and the famous sweet tea! Family owned so they take full ownership in everything!
