I ordered off DoorDash since my cars out of commission,I ordered a discovery box the one with the steak grilled cheese burrito, I asked for chips and cheese. Paid EXTRA for it, in return I got the free twists that come with it. My burrito burnt like no tomorrow.

Poor customer service I ordered 5 luxe boxes and the lady taking my order was so rude as if she was so bothered at my $60 order not to mention I have 5 pops with no straws and she had the nerve to hand me 5 boxes out the window and when I politely asked for a bag, she rolled her eyes instead of comment under Her breath which I ignored because she must be very irritated with her job. HOPEFULLY next customer doesn’t get treated this way.

The food and service was sub-par. They completely forgot not one, but two Nacho Cheese Gordita Crunches. Those are pretty expensive as is. We’d call about it but nobody would care. So there’s 14 dollars down the drain. Also, the cheesy bean and rice burritos were literally just half cold refried beans slapped on a torn and tattered tortilla. Clearly when management goes home for the night the night crew just does whatever. Don’t go here.

Whoever is making the food doesn’t know how to read, food is being made the wrong way. You’re better off going to Pizza Hut and ordering a “taco” or “burrito” there. Also not sure if the phone is broken or nobody wants to answer the phone.

Just picked up a mobile order. Food was terrible. Product used was not fresh by any means to make order. Bit into crunch wrap and immediately had to spit it out into a napkin. Potatoes in the fiesta potato bowls were hard as rocks. I tried the crunchy taco and the meat was cold inside. My Baja blast also vaguely tastes like cleaning product and might even be diet considering the taste is so off. Very disappointing.

Ordered the new chicken spicy rancheros burrito with no pico de gallo. It didn’t have the pico on as well as no sauce. Chicken was so over done that it was rock hard and hurt my tooth. 5.49 down the drain . I added salsa from my own house so that it wouldn’t be so dry
