4th time returning the order and it still isn’t right. 2 burgers and 2 tarer tots… Even training new hires doesn’t excuse this behavior with less than 10 other vehicles here.

I called my order in and it was still good when I got there! I had a foot long chili cheese dog, easy onions and it was exactly that! Sooo, YUM!! I will eat here again! Staff was friendly, I was able to speak and hear trough the speaker YAY!

Visited this location last week. It was good but the waitress did not give us straws and she didn’t fully fill up my drink. LOL. Well, other than that, it was good, as a fast food and service was pretty fast maybe because I was the only customer at the time. I would go back.

I ask for no 1 no cheese and he umeven says before I tell him no cheese allergic and I say mustard pickes bacon meat only I get home cuz or rush and I open a burger with cheese and receipt has bacon cheese burger.. I ordered no 1 not bacon cheese burger… I shouldn’t have to check my order because you should get it right smh.didnt even get to enjoy the bacon after scraping cheese off completely

We go here quite often and to this day I can’t really recall any bad experiences that I may have had. What I do recall is their awesome smothered burritos. I recommend everyone try their smothered burritos with a large french fry and a large cherry limeade slush. Well that’s my preference any ways. Their slushes are usually pretty good,though I think there should be a little more blue coconut in the ocean water slush. After that the best thing to cure that full belly is their vanilla ice cream with the apple pie. Man I’m making myself hungry. Keep up the good work car-hops. I know it can get frustrating out there because there are so many people that don’t tip. Just keep those go get em attitudes and it will all work out. As for the ones that answer the speakers love the attitudes and how well you guys can get the order down. Now without you cooks and drink and ice-cream makers we would not even be having this conversation right now. You guys just need to keep it all coming. Thank you for your service Stars on West University. I believe we get the best service there.

Just to reiterate how much I believe this Stars Drive In is the best one in Odessa. I do want to tell all you customers though it would be really nice if you tipped all these car-hops because they only work for I believe it’s less than $8 an hour, which as we all know, one paycheck would not even pay most of our rents or car payments. So please tip your carhop. They work so hard.

As always these people are a delight. They always have what we are looking for. Plus if you have the app they hook it up with 25¢ ice-cream cones. My family loves them so do I because we don’t have to go broke for a simple treat. As always for a job well done.

They get my order wrong every time. The guy behind the speaker does not know what a chocolate malt is . nor does he know what a 44 Oz is and I can just go on and on about the poor service I have received from him the last 5 times in the evening.
