Stopped by this Taco Bell today at 5:25(08/05/23) and ordered two tacos with extra cheese. I made very clear to the cashier, which turned out to be a young chick, that I did not want any lettuce on the tacos, because I don’t like Taco Bells lettuce, but that I wanted the normal tomatoes. When I received my order there were no tomatoes on the two tacos, so I brought it to the attention of the young young lady who had served me and she then informed me that I would have to pay for the tomatoes, even tho, every Taco at Tocco bell comes with tomatoes. When I brought this to the attention of this young girl she literally started laughing like it was a joke. I am absolutely astounded at how incompetent the workers are here at this particular Taco Bell and absolutely intent to follow up by speaking with the Manager of this store. Everything was caught on tape and they WILL beheld accountable.

It is an okay store not really the best especially for working there the GM Dakota is horrible and doesnt take his job serious enough i worked there not long like a week and he messed up my availability and made me lose a whole weeks worth of money, then got upset because i didnt wanna work outside my availability then took me off the schedule for no reason my check says i worked 15hours and i worked a whole week 8-9hr days scammed me out of money i worked hard for and ignored my messages asking to get my check fixed. I would never support a company like this and definitely staying away from all other taco bells I wouldn’t even get food from here anymore.

My satisfaction with the experience was average. Although they were very busy during my lunch, causing a longer wait time, I can understand the circumstances. However, I was disappointed to find that one of my three items was missing, which seems to be a common accurence.

The ONLY restaraunt/fast food place in Muskegon open past 12am! The Taco Bell on Apple Ave is open 24/7 but we prefer the Taco Bell on Sherman Blvd. (closes at 2am), the service is always very friendly and fast…and not to mention, the food is always prepared so much better there, too!

I placed a drive thru order for a chicken quesadilla–light sauce. I had to repeat my order (which wasnt the problem). Before I could say the rest of my order, I was given my total and told to drive around. When I approached the drive up window, I asked the gentleman working (Patrick F) if I could finish placing my order. He advised me “no, you must go through the drive thru again.” I then informed him, he hasn’t asked me if I was done with my order before he gave me my total and told me to drive around. Under his breath he muttered “sorry.” And processed my payment. I then took my food and proceeded to tell him “thank you, have a great night” (nicely and I was not sarcastic at all). He shut the window without ever saying anything else. There were no other cars in the drive thru, behind me, placing orders, or even waiting for food.

Everytime you come here they don’t have something on the menu in stock. Today they didn’t have straws or mountain dew. Food is always under cooked. Service is just horrible.

I bought bean and cheese burritos a little while ago the cheese was not melted and the beans were dry and i called them and they asked me if i want replacements i said yes and they hung up on me like look at the photo how did they let that get through the door i feel i deserve a refund for all of the good this is unacceptable ecpecially for a big company like this

Food is always good at this taco bell but if they are busy you’ll wait a half hour for your food. They seem to be slowest at dinner time. I waited inside for 15 mins and wasn’t helped. Also waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and the line only moved by one car. Breakfast time is quick though
