This review is for Chinese gourmet express. I ordered Hawaiian chicken and spicy bourbon chicken with fried rice and crab ragoon. The chicken did not have a specific flavor or spice. It just tasted seasoned. The fried rice had no flavor. The crab ragoon was okay. This is my first time eating here. The food was edible but I would not recommend.

I was confused by some of these reviews and I realized they were not for the Chinese Gourmet Express at St. Matthews mall. The one at St. Matthews is the best Chinese in Louisville. By far. Great menu, awesome, friendly staff, and good portions. I’ve been coming here for over 15 years and it’s the only place I eat at the mall. My favorites are the Bourbon Chicken, Hawaiian chicken, Pepper Chicken and my daughter LOVES their Orange Chicken. Trust me, it’s delicious.

Bin there coustomer for years, today I want and bought three meals I asked for hot sauce the lady at the cash register handed me one, I origenally asked her for four of them she simply said no, I did insist, then she gave another two. Really!!!. Sauce is the simplest side in the food service that make people come back. The pic. Attached shows how big is the hot sauce container they dont even fill it halfway. Come on!! Dont be that cheap
By the way you can price it and sale it, it will be no problem just dont be rude to your people and learn not to say no, people eat what they want to eat, the only thing you can say is thank you for comming back.
