Favorite cava spot, and as always love the variety of protein and greens as well as sauces we can choose from. Besides, their never ending innovation on next mix-ins!
Awesome spots for Mediterranean bowl for sure. My fave will be their grilled chicken or harissa one, with super greens, and harissa sauce. Their fiery feta also is must have and the pita chips are not-to-skip sides.
If you wanna go vegan option, their falafel certainly a must try!

Great area filled with plenty of eateries and bars with live music and open mic . Downtown Culver City has a lot to offer . Farmers markets in Tuesday i independent cinemas and theater with great play/ musicals. It’s time to come back and enjoy a night out with great dinning . Plenty of parking structures with validation available. Grocery shopping and a park nearby all with walking distance of each other not to mention Phillz coffee shop. The pubs offer live music on weekends.

First time going to this restaurant. It was late night and they were the only ones opened late so we figure we give it try. 30 minutes before closing time. Everyone seemed to be nice except for one employee. A young girl with a bad attitude. First she tossed some greens and sprinkled a few grains of rice in our bowls. Then literally tossed our scooped ingredients with force and anger in our bowls. When it came to dressing she squirted the dressing like a crazy maniac like a half a cup of dressing each squirt. She squeezed so hard that her arms and face got splattered with dressing. She just wiped herself off in front of us like it was a normal way of serving customers. The splattered dressings also landed on most of the other sides that were on the trays. We ended up with a bowl of drenched dressing almost like a soup. We ate some of it but couldn’t finish eating half way through our food because it didn’t look quite appealing and just figured this was the way this dish was supposed to look and just thought that this was their way or style of serving at this restaurant. After we left we searched other picture reviews and realized how disgusting our bowls looked compared to other’s. Overall I think taste is great. That girl needs to be removed or look for a different type job. She’s clearly not happy working there and shouldn’t take her anger out customers. What upsets me the most is that she did all this in front of her manager and coworkers and none of them stopped her or pulled her to the side. Only the gentlemen at the cashier was so kind he gave us free drinks. Now I know why.

Had a very untypical experience at this location, every other location I’ve been to has been great. Ordered the lamb, they scooped basically shredded scraps onto the bowl, zero visually recognizable pieces of meat. Then they charged me $36 for one singular bowl and didn’t provide a receipt. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

The staff were friendly & helpful at assisting me with my item selections for my Mediterranean bowl. Also, the restaurant was very clean and well-kept.
The ingredients were all fresh and delicious, and the price was very reasonable!

Visited Cava today with so much excitement I went in asked for a bowl and it was almost closing time. She let me go ahead and choose the toppings and at every step she was like oh I don’t have that. When you know most of it is unavailable then it is appreciated to not take an order.

This is the worst cava I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s because I came late at night, but not only was the atmosphere like not welcoming, to me, you have to know your employees strengths and utilize them in those areas. Why would they have the person who seems to have a little trouble with urgency and handling the line that makes no sense. On top of me waiting for my food I had a question about a specific meat. There’s another worker who’s doing probably online orders. Literally just goes in front of her and scoops the meat that I was waiting for her to scoop. I know that might sound small, but on top of already waiting so long the staff not being friendly then just abruptly go in front of her grab the spoon and start scooping meat when she’s already trying to make my bowl just felt awkward, and if you have situational awareness, you would’ve known that that could’ve waited, She was literally about to grab the spoon and scoop that same meat into my bowl .There was only like one guy who had great energy and he had piercings I didn’t catch his name so that’s only that I can Identify him. Other than that, I will never visit this location, not friendly, not welcoming and very slow. Again, maybe it’s because I went late at night and everyone is just trying to push through the day, If that’s the case, you guys need to change the atmosphere for your employees play some music, or something. And at least when you greet people smile, it doesn’t have to be showing all teeth. You could simply smirk Or something like don’t make peoples food all angry. I was so uncomfortable but so hungry.

Saylor, AJ, David and the whole team are amazing!! I come in almost every day because the food is great, their service is always fast and you can’t beat the prices. I’ve been to the other cavas and they are solid but this one is literally unmatched. Could not recommend a better place. I just left but I literally wanna go back already that’s how much I love them.

As someone who hasn’t explored much Mediterranean food, I was amazed by the flavors. The restaurant was quite busy, yet the staff remained very patient, allowing me to try different items and even put some on the side for me.
I love the concept of creating my own bowl and being able to see and choose exactly what I want to eat. The food was vibrant and packed with flavor. I opted for a mix of veggies and chicken, and everything was delicious.
A word of caution: the spicy items are definitely spicy!
Overall, I highly recommend Cava for anyone looking to enjoy flavorful cuisine.

I am a frequent customer at Cava restaurants. This location seems to have some issues with customer service. The young man who helped prepare my food was nice. There was a young lady with nose piercings didn’t acknowledge when I said ‘hello how are you’. She basically just stared. The cashier was also a female who didn’t say thank you or offer me a pita which has never happened.
