If they ask you to pull around I hope you brought a book! And when they bring out your stuff ofc it will be incorrect and missing drinks, sauces, etc. Still waiting for our correct order to be brought to us outside for 10 minutes.

Great staff experience but they are severely understaffed and management does nothing to help them. It’s not the employees fault and lots of them are highschoolers or young adults and they do a good job but have no resources provided to them to do their job well. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to receive my food while 3 employees were forced to run the entire show during rush hour. Long wait but not the fault of the employees. Management is a catastrophe.

There’s zero excuse for the slop they are handing out the window. Nothing is rolled up correctly (and that’s putting it mildly) all of the toppings were just scooped and slapped on one spot….so I guess if you like getting one bite of all sour cream, one bite of all meat, etc etc. Then it would be perfect for you. I’ll save myself the disappointment and drive to the one in Okemos from now on. Based on the reviews I’m kind of curious how this location is even still in business.

When I came through today and began my order I was snapped at because she didn’t understand what I was saying. My food was shoved out towards me and when I finally got home I found I was missing half of it. I should’ve checked before I left but I wish corroborate would come in and turn things around. I never choose this location but I mistakenly thought it would’ve been better today.

Give them two stars because they are the only place ever open in mason, but they have the sign on their speaker for days saying card only or right change….. does no one go to the bank so they have proper dollars to give change back. Food is also made wrong!!! And why ask what sauce we want when you give none chips barley full and no whole chips
