Went inside to order using the kiosk. After I placed my order and paid for it they waited on five separate vehicles that placed their orders after me in the drive thru. I asked why it was taking 10 minutes to make 4 tacos, they said I would be next. After every vehicle that arrived after I placed and paid for my order was gone they finally filled my order. Extremely poor service if you go inside.

So tonight I went through the drive thru and I ordered a nacho bell grande meal with a large Mt dew to drink. When I got up to the window they handed me 5 Mt. Dews that “cost” $12.72. When I told them that I didn’t order this and told them what I did order, they said they do not have a nacho bell grande order and they told me to leave. As they were telling me that they all started laughing at me and closed the window.

Approximately 1:45 pm. I chose to dine in. When I got there I was forced to use the kiosk. First time using so it took a little while. After my kiosk order was placed I elected to pay by cash, this caused a delay as there was no one around to take my money. I had to get their attention. The young girl did apologize and gave me a free drink and a coupon for a free taco. After I ate I decided to get another taco and use my free coupon. I had to once again get someones attention to place my order with the coupon. 5 minutes later I had to ask where my taco was. They forgot about it.
