It’s been a while since I’ve been to taco bell, but for years the crunchwrap has been my go-to. I was excited to bite into the nostalgia instead to find the most pathetic attempt at a crunchwrap. Is this how crunchwraps are made now? Not sure if this is how they’re done at all taco bells or just this location. There was *maybe* a tablespoon of beef (for 3/4ths of the wrap, it appeared they had forgotten the meat all together.) It was about half the thickness I remember it being. Definitely won’t be ordering from here again.

I want to preface I love Taco Bell, and I order from various locations ALL the time. I went through the drive through at this location, and ordered a number 6 (two chicken chalupas) – no tomato, add nacho cheese. At first they didn’t give me my receipt I had to ask for it – No problem everybody forgets things. Then I parked and went to eat my food. There are tomatoes, and there is no nacho cheese. Now, I’m not a picky guy, so I would normally have just picked the tomatoes off and eaten it anyway, however I paid extra for the cheese, so I went inside and showed them my receipt (this is why I always make sure to have it), staff was friendly and immediately rushed to fix things, they offered to remake the food. I said sure! No problem! all is good. I said thank you, and just to be sure, I double checked before I left only to find that they once again had forgotten the nacho cheese. No problem everyone makes mistakes perhaps he didn’t hear me very clearly, I am relatively shy, so I patiently waited until a different employee came to the counter, and I explained how they had remade my food once already and how it was still incorrect. To her credit, she immediately rushed to fix it. I even commend her for double checking TWICE with me that it was in fact no tomato, add nacho cheese. I said “Thank you!”, and as she had double checked with me twice, I unfortunately made the mistake of trusting that it had been made correct this time. When I got back to my car and sat down, I found a chalupa with no tomatoes, add nacho cheese, but this time, made with beef instead of chicken. At this point I gave up and concluded the employees are incompetent.

The service person at the drive-thru was fabulous!! I placed my order and then asked for an apple empanada. She explained that they had been discontinued, but that Cinnabon Delights were available. That sounded like a delicious alternative!! Thank for the excellent suggestion and service!!

They’ve been going down hill but tonight sealed the deal. They allow rude and untrained people to run the drive through. By the by guys, windows aren’t soundproof. I pulled up and she was gossiping/loudly making fun of me checking that I’m not getting cinnamon sticks instead of chips. This was after waiting too long for an answer on the speaker anyway. Drove off and got a different place instead. Been coming for years because it’s close to my job, but will never return.

I ordered a number 1 which is the 3 tacos supreme, when I got home I noticed that they weren’t supreme just regular tacos. Not a big deal mistakes happen. I called to see if they could fix my order and I asked for a manager a girl who claimed to be the manager didn’t know what combo number 1 was. She couldn’t speak well and seemed to not know what she was doing. She was incompetent and slow. There’s no way she was a manager. I just hung up and called corporate office. I won’t visit this location again.

When did tacos get so dam expensive? Arbys is cheaper, and more filling. Leos is cheaper, more satisfying, and way more options. This is crazy.

My son wanted taco bell and we decided to stop at this location. Great customer service from the woman working drive-thru as well as the guy that prepared the food. The food was hot and fresh. Will recommend this location.

Went thru late night for a post bar taco bell run. I pre-ordered in the app. There was a bit of a wait when I got there. And it seemed like they were understaffed. People were being directed to pull over after ordering to wait for their orders to be brought out to them.
Despite being understaffed, the staff was very friendly. I saw a couple of people get out of their cars and go inside after waiting for their food for awhile…. these staff were doing their best, had a great friendly attitude, my food came out correctly and very well presented, not just thrown together, which was awesome.
People need to be more patient. Having to wait a few minutes isn’t going to kill you. personally, I’d rather wait a few minutes and receive a correct order, well put together.
to the woman working tonight, who seemed to be the one running the shift.

This is the absolute worst group of employees I’ve ever seen “working” somewhere.
They ain’t helping you.
They won’t look at you, they won’t speak to you, they won’t acknowledge you.
They ain’t doing NOTHING.
You’ll wait 30-40 plus minutes for a simple order.
I waited almost 6 minutes for this girl TO PUT A STICKER ON THE BAG OF FOOD THAT WAS READY TO HAND TO ME.
They are absolutely terrible.
