I was trying to eat some dinner and have a good time, and the bartender Angelo who was helping me was absolutely great. Every time I asked for something, he was attentive, quick, and made sure I had everything I needed. Throughout the night he was consistently helpful with customers, and his positive attitude really stood out. His respectful and friendly tone made the evening much more enjoyable. I will definitely be coming back if Angelo is there.

I came in for lunch looking to have a good time with a drink or two. Angelo made the whole experience fantastic. Every time I needed something, he was attentive, quick, and genuinely helpful. Throughout my visit, he took great care of customers and kept a positive, professional attitude.

The only good part of our visit was our waitress. We waited for 45 minutes for 2 chicken wraps, a chicken sandwich and a kid’s nugget meal. And there were only 4 other patrons in the restaurant. The kids nuggets were so hard we could hardly cut them up. 1 of the wraps only had a very small piece of chicken in it and all of our food was cold. It was ridiculous. This was the 2nd time we had this type of experience at this same restaurant. But we wanted to try again because of its location. Won’t be going back. Obviously alot of other people feel tbe same as there was no lunch crowd at all.

Atmosphere was great and the staff saved the rating. Our hostess was very pleasant and polite and our server/bartender was awesome! Mia is the epitome of what her position calls for offering suggestions, showing kindness and politeness, quick to respond to any of our needs as I have a special needs child. We have only been here 2 times in 3 years. Both times the food not what we hoped for, but both times great staff which may get me there again for one last chance.

I ordered boneless mild wings tonight and they weren’t cooked all the way and also one of them was hard to bite into and didn’t even look like chicken inside. I went back and since kitchen was closed all i received was a refund. I bit and ate pieces that I didn’t know weren’t done all the way, I don’t feel like a refund is enough, wings were disgusting tonight and I usually love ordering from bdubs. Honestly disappointed.

Buffalo Wild Wings offers a massive variety of flavors of wing sauces. But it’s clear that all the wings are made and then sauced. The non-wings options are not lacking. Burgers, sandwiches, pretzels and more. Yet the flavor and juiciness of the chicken was lacking compared to non-chicken places. Layout contained a ton of seating with both booths and tables. Curiously labeled with their two digit table numbers in sports jersey font. Overall, all a worth while experience but not a perfect experience.
My last visit was especially well served. Madison went above and beyond offering my child the use of full coloring books. Along with an impressive selection of 15+ used crayons to choose from. A vastly better experience than other stores that offer maybe two crayons and a printed coloring sheet.

Great service for a group of hungry high schoolers. Very patient and understanding. Shout out Shauna our server, I asked her a question at the beginning of the meal and she remembered to ask me about it at the end which is something servers don’t usually do.

I ordered online for pick up and put a 10 dollar tip on my order. Im in a wheelchair and called when I got there and kept being put on hold then hung up on. I finally went in after 3 times. The guy behind the counter was on the phone and said ill call you back. So obviously he was on the phone with someone he knew and chose to ignore the customer. I work customer service you have to do better. Especially since I gave a tip for nothing. Not good

Ordered on line. Delivery was light carrots and celery. Didn’t get our ranch sauce or any other sauce we ordered. When we tried to call the automated voice put us on hold then told us no could take our call. Tried 4x’s!! For the priced i paid i believe getting what I paid for so not be too much to ask. Oh yeah, the food wasn’t even hot.
