Placed an online order at 11am, it didn’t say when it will be ready but I arrived at 1115. Didn’t see it on the pickup area and finally someone said they’ll be right with me and I said I had a pick up for donuts and she was like ok just a minute and proceeded to take more drive up orders. Then after like 5 minutes, she gives me a box of donuts that was a rack on their side the WHOLE TIME. What was the point of making me wait?! So annoying. Will not come back here. Service is not so great.

shoutout my barista who was dressed as Doris from Shrek (aka Ugly Stepsister) and it genuinely made my whole day. Wish i got her name but she was so sweet and super quick with my order and the drink and $6 combo i got was so bomb! I dont usually get Dunkin but ill for sure be back to see her. 🙂

I went today to buy breakfast for my son and my family because I saw promotion on my tv about the 5 dollar meal , my hubby always gets food from there and talks how good the food is there !!! So I was like why not give it a try by myself since he was at work . I get there and the guy that took my order was very rude and told me and my sister what we wanted and told us to look at screen . Mind you this is my first time here so I was asking him what kind of coffee they had and he just told in a rude way to look at the menu and screen . Also I was also looking around the menu and I was ordering a couple more things and he seemed to be in a rush he kept telling me what else . My sister started ordering after the first order and also was rude towards her and telling her I can’t hear you but we were literally next to the screen and speaker . At this point I’m this close on driving off and going somwhere else . I felt like I was treated very poorly and that kind of got me upset I never been treated this way I was on the merge of crying because of how it made me and my son feel . I choose not to drive off because I knew how happy my son was when he saw the menu he instantly wanted bacon and made him happy . So we drive to the second window and the guy opens the window very hard and looks at us and tell me how much our first order comes out to . he’s like it’s 9 something then I ask him if he takes a 50 and he doesn’t even check and tells me if I have something smaller or card and I’m like okay let me get my card . I open my wallet and I hear him make a rude comment under his breath and says “oh my god “ and rolled his eyes very rudely , short tempered he seemed to be in a rush so I was patient and just left alone because maybe he wasn’t having the best day but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt . Proceeded to get my card and then gives back to me and tells me here ya go . Then my sister pays and also decides to ask me if it’s my first time and I respond yess in a nice way and he proceeded to say “ that’s why and closes the window . At this point I drove off to the next window and I’m just trying to get my food . I decide to speak to the lady in the next window politely and ask her if she knows the manager or someone I could speak to regarding to this incident that happened and turns out that he is the manager and she apologizes to me for his poor behavior and that he’s like on the daily with them and they’re used to his poor behavior that sometimes they try to calm him down . I told her that his behavior can really affect other people and business that they get . She apologized and was really nice and gives me my food and I noticed my food was already cold I open my bag and my sons tortilla tacos were very hard and the star donut I got him was smushed in the bag . I didn’t want to go back in there so I drove home . It was the worst experience I ever had and I will not be going there ever again .

The service was terrible, the cashier was talking to drive through and employee and didn’t acknowledge us for a full 3 minutes. The Donuts were super super dry . Will not go back.

The doughnuts were fresh but the frosting was very very stingy in the application and the chocolate frosting must not have been mixed well bc it was tan. Flavor was good but they are pretty sad looking. It also took forever to make a single coffee when I was the only one in the store and there were only two people in the drive through. Store was clean and staff was friendly though so that was nice.

Got here at 5:10 in the morning and it’s about to be 5:30 a.m Wednesday October 22 2025. Never got acknowledged by the guy working the window. He’s on his personal phone and the drive through headphones. He took care of 5 vehicles still hasn’t acknowledged me or the girl behind me. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever seen. Wait you have to get served first in order for it to be considered service right? This place is absolutely terrible. Hope you all got more than 10 minutes of time to stand around and wait for nothing.

UPDATE 1-2-23 asked for dozen assorted donuts, gentlemen said were limited and only had so many available….that being said here is box I received but still good UPDATE!!! 1-15 th went back ordered online back to the Goodness! Now this is what I’m talking about! Some Donuts! Update!!! 7-28 Check out these Babies!! Now these are Donuts!!! I enjoy the coffee rolls ! I just have to go early cause they run out , they are that good ! They are not to sweet they just melt in my mouth ! I put them in the microwave for like 15 seconds and get my coffee OMG delicious . I have gotten some else where and when I chew them I have to keep on chewing there like gum they won’t resolve ! Service is fast even through the drive thru ! Thank you Oh I also like the Apple fritters! The price is fair for me everybody is rasing the prices !
