Absolute worst McDonald’s in town. Go there literally everyday for the same exact thing and half the time they cant even ring it up correctly. And when they do actually get it right your greeted at the next window by a girl that was more rude than the person that couldn’t ring it up right. I worked in customer service for a long time and I’ve never been treated so badly as a regular customer anywhere I’ve ever been until coming here.

We were the only customers in the place, yet all the close to the door parking spots were taken. They weren’t left there over night (it had snowed) they were parked in the morning and most likely employee cars. No ketchup for the fries and no self serve drink machine to get a quick refill. Got 3 stars only because the food was fresh and hot.

It took 15 minutes to get our food. 8 cheeseburgers and 4 small fries. I could understand if it were busy, but we were the only ones in the lobby waiting on food, and there were 3 or 4 cars in drive thru.

Im still new to the mobile app so I didn’t realize I had accidentally ordered food for inside table service instead of drive thru. The lady working the drive thru was extremely rude and said I had to go inside [they could have run it through as drive thru instead, she was just being lazy & didn’t want to]. When I got inside there were no employees at the counter and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention to ask about the mix-up. When we finally got our food, probably 20 minutes after I ordered it, everything was cold. And the sandwiches were so messy they literally fell out of the wrapper when we were taking them out of the bag in the car. The lady I assume was the manager on duty was yelling at everyone, and so rude. She would not even look in the direction of the front counter, but she was loudly telling another employee about “all the idiots shes had to put up with today”. I won’t be back to this location, especially since there’s another one just down the road. The guy who finally handed us our food and drinks was nice though.

This is my go to location near my home. Having a child with leukemia we frequent my Michigan for labs early so when we do we grab our occasional breakfast or sometimes a meal around our busy exhausting schedule traveling to Grand rapids very often for chemotherapy. My favorites are not having to cook and clean up when I am beyond tired or need a quick meal to occasionally treat ourselves. Love the the deals in the app and that I can pick up curbside. They had a huge like but I went really fast.

This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s. I think I’ve ever been in no menu board, no napkins, have no drink dispenser, no ketchup out and once again, literally, no menu board. More mcdould’s being forced to use a kiosk what a failure of upper management original McDonald’s founders must be rolling in their graves ♂️ Will say, though the workers were nice but I won’t be back I got a family I need to go somewhere where I can see what I’m buying and the prices prices ain’t listed. You should be shut down by the state. my opinion. McDounld’s becoming a non-friendly family and kids atmosphere for taking out all games and play areas in most McDonald’s.

Garbage around the lobby, the garbage cans were full, napkins are kept behind the counter and the ketchup dispensers didn’t work. The tables weren’t clean, floors are sticky and dirty, food all over the back line like it hasn’t been swept at all today, what showed up of our order seemed alright. The nuggets and fries are old like they have been up for a bit and cold. Staff also seemed very grumpy.
