I ordered a chicken quesadilla and I’m trying to figure out, out of four slices why were there too big slices (the end slices) to be exact have no chicken? I order the queso dip sauce with no beans and what do you know it’s full of beans, barely any meat. My Mexican pizza definitely was made probably an hour or so before I order which means it was something that was already left out for another order or whatever but it definitely was not fresh $20 down the drain wasted on food, that I can’t even enjoy And the times we live there now everything is too expensive to be wasting money on food not being cooked properly

Honestly horrible establishment, with worse employees. Food takes way too long to come, with it being totally wrong. I ordered a Crunchwrap supreme and I got 2 chicken tacos. I reported it to the alleged manager who is actually an assistant manager upon further research, and she started arguing with me and being hostile. I asked nicely for her patience and honestly I just did not feel like a customer at that point. The employees need to learn to manage their time and orders, as well as their patience. I will not be coming here, EVER AGAIN.

I sat in this drive thru for 1 hour. I left, and ordered off the mobile menu. The employees inside said I still had to wait through the entire drive thru line in order to pickup. I could see my order sitting on the pick up counter. I could see my name, getting cold. I’ve eaten here several times, if they weren’t the only store open in the area. I wouldn’t eat here. I will not continue to patronize this location, during peak or off-peak hours due to the disrespect shown to me. Food is okay, even as far as Taco Bell quality goes

I went there for lunch today and ordered a Tacodilla. I placed my order through the mobile app. I already submitted my report to their Customer service, but posting a review on here hoping the store sees it because this is unacceptable.
When I got back to work to sit and eat my food, I opened up the Tacodilla and it only had filling in 1/3rd of the shell and it was 1/3rd of the filling, so it wasn’t like they filled it and it shifted. I’ve had these before so I know this isn’t right. Needing a little quality control.

We had to remind the employee to give us our drinks. They tasted normal at first, but had a slight chemical taste at the end that caused mouth tingling and irritated my existing bronchitis, so we chose not to finish them. I also noticed gloves were used while handling money and food, which may be a sanitation issue worth reviewing.

It was my second time in this Taco Bell. When I first came in it was slow and could tell it was ONLY 2 people working. A very Tall African American Male and Short African American Female. When I Say Picture Of Team Work. I don’t know how they managed so we’ll but he was doing it all Drive Thru Taking orders, Carrying Orders out and Making Orders!!! I wish I knew their names. Awesome Job .. And my Food and Drink Were done to my liking. I honestly don’t even eat Fast Food But if I stop to use your restroom I will purchase something. The one thing that every Taco Bell has in common is their ability to ruin my meal . How can I order no sour cream with my 7 dollar box and get sour cream on my 5 layer ? I don’t want a refund, I don’t want to have my food replaced, I don’t want to spend my lunch break fixing my order, I do want to be able to enjoy the food I purchased without hassle the first time, everytime . I can understand a mistake can happen time to time but the management at every Taco Bell doesn’t care to ensure quality, only worried about how fast can they take you money and make you wait for food that probably wrong.

Drive thru wasn’t open because they didn’t feel like working it, look a half hour for me and my fiance to get our order inside, got all our items wrong and messed up the food completely. I orders a steak grilled cheese burrito and they gave me a regular grilled burrito with no cheese on top, and filled with watery beef?? The baja blast was just sprite. There was only 2 people working, worker and manager but the manager was literally doing nothing the whole time and the regular kid that was working had to keep reminding him what order he was doing.

Absolutely horribly ran, you consistently get told by the assistant manager that she’s a manager if there’s any controversy at all. She abuses her power and only gives trouble to customers. She acts like things come out of her paycheck when you simply ask for a water cup. If an order gets mistaken she will start yelling and she frequently fights with customers and employees. She treats it like the hood when she has to learn to be patient and have good customer service ahead very aggressive.
