The starting complimentary cocktail was nice touch. Ride up the elevator was fun. Bar area while waiting for our table is great idea. Just think that it would be better if checking in downstairs then hostess waiting by the elevator to walk us to our table would be better.
From the moment you arrive at the top of Reunion Tower, the panoramic Dallas views set the tone. The space feels bright, modern, and welcoming, making it just as comfortable for families as it is for a special occasion celebration.
The food stations were thoughtfully curated and high quality across the board. The seafood selection featured fresh, beautifully prepared sushi and poke, with clean flavors and excellent presentation. Everything felt refined and intentional without being overwhelming.
The dessert and candy bar was truly over the top in the best way. Stunning displays, incredible desserts, and a full candy selection made it feel festive, fun, and interactive — especially for kids. It added a playful element that made the entire brunch feel celebratory and unique.
After that, I tried the 2 oz Wagyu hot stone which is prepared Tableside with ponzu sauce and cucumber. This is something I would recommend and a true highlight of the meal. For entrees, the filet was ordered and I got a double order of lamb chops (8 total) the 3 sides were broccolini, roasted carrots and the potatoes which were stellar.
To close the meal, key lime pie was enjoyed along with espresso martini.
Our server was great and very intentional with our meal starting with cold to hot and we had a great conversation with all wait staff. Was made to feel special during a celebratory evening and this was a night to remember.
Thanks team!
From the moment you pull up, it’s first-class. Friendly valet, warm greeting at the base of the tower, and a Ranch Water in hand while you ride up the elevator. The doors open to a stunning wine wall, and just steps away is that breathtaking Dallas skyline behind the bar. I’ve been three times (and somehow always end up on the Oak Cliff side ), but honestly there’s no bad seat in the building.
The service staff works like a well-oiled machine — seamless, attentive, and intentional. You can tell they take pride in every detail.
Now let’s talk food.
My favorite drink? The Crown Block Berry — smooth, balanced, and dangerously easy to sip.
The Salmon Aburi was perfect for someone like me who doesn’t eat raw sushi. Lightly seared, flavorful, and inclusive without pushing me out of my comfort zone.
The crab cakes? Unreal. About 95% crab with barely any filler. The sauce was rich, warm, and unforgettable. I would order them to-go four times a week if that were an option.
For the main event, my partner and I split the Cowgirl Ribeye — and when I say perfection, I mean it. They even presented the steak to us before cooking, which was such a classy touch. It came out cooked exactly right, served with a whole pepper and an onion jam that elevated every bite. We added the signature Crown Block sauce, and it tasted like a homemade A1 — but crafted with love and depth. Absolute game-changer.
The sides sealed the deal. The fries were unlike anything I’ve ever had — almost like an edible straw filled with mashed potatoes. Crispy outside, soft and creamy inside. And the mac & cheese? Comfort food done right.
For dessert, we had the Society Cake. Sensational. Something I didn’t even know I needed in my life — and I still think about it. The way the banana blends with the layers of chocolate is a masterclass in balance. Pro tip: make sure you get a little of each layer in every bite.
This is the kind of place I will continue to make my business to visit — as much as my wallet allows. Perfect for celebrations, date nights, or just reminding yourself you deserve something exceptional.
10/10. Every. Single. Time. ✨
Omggggggg I just remembered that one little piece of bread was so amazing it should be a felony to tease someone like that
The cuisine is a mixture of Asian and American food that sincerely accommodates everyone. In fact, the menu tries too hard. The service is on point, completely thorough, and utterly fair and competent. For example, the included gratuity is a management decision of the business operations – don’t be silly and blame the server. This aspect was well pointed out and disclosed. And service was very prompt. Finally, the atmosphere is clearly the absolute best you could find in the city where Pegasus flies and western luxury resides. Again, if anything is wrong here it’s being over accommodating to the everyday human that will sadly turn distinction into a doormat.
Navigate your way from the public transport trains (which is very cool but lost on Americans who never leave their own counties, much less see Europe with non judgmental eyes), go into the Hyatt hotel, and down below you will find a reception desk. There is a dedicated elevator to the restaurant. Pro tip – there is a tunnel under the railway if you walk from downtown!
Enjoy it, don’t step on it, especially when you don’t understand it. And if it’s too much money, just be honest that is an I issue.
Recommendation absolutely professional, and one of the best fine dining I have ever personally had. As someone who works in fine dining, it was very appreciated the attention to detail In service food choice, and overall communication between server and customer. 100% will be coming back and will always come back As long as he works here so he can be our server!
