This is about the night crew. Every time I come here at night it takes 30 minutes to get my food mind u I order like two things. And I mobile order before I even get here and I still have to wait and by the time I get my food, it’s cold. They always forget my sauce. And then they Have the audacity to be annoyed when I ask for some. Horrible.

Staff was friendly, but I waited way too long for my food in the lobby. The $3 chili cheese burrito barely had anything in it , The dollar menu items are bigger. three tacos I had were all completely different One might as well have been a salad with no cheese, the other one had plenty of cheese not much meat and the third was not bad. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be a ghost, just swing by this Taco Bell. The staff looked straight through me like I was an optional side quest they had no interest in completing. I’m 92% sure my existence personally offended them.
I placed my order online before arriving, walked in and then proceeded to age spiritually, emotionally, and possibly physically while waiting. By the time my tacos arrived, I had developed a deeper understanding of patience, suffering, and the passing of the seasons.
Every employee moved with the urgency of a sloth on a lunch break, and when they finally acknowledged me, it was with the same enthusiasm someone gives to answering jury duty summons. I’ve seen plants show more customer engagement—and they don’t even have eyeballs.
The food was… Taco Bell. But honestly, after the wait, I wasn’t even sure I deserved to eat it anymore.
If you’re looking for fast food, look elsewhere. If you’re looking for a place to reflect on your life choices while being ignored by experts, this is the spot.

They make up back up to reset the the food timer, no matter how many people are in line. When they don’t feel like working the “system is down”. They are rude and consistently yelling at each other. Absolutely terrible. Should be torn down so something else with a drive thru can go in. Great location, the worst service EVER!

I visited this Taco Bell like normal but customer service is always great during ordering but my order is always wrong.. I paid for extra on my nacho bell grande and well as you can see never received it my order was completely wrong.. when calling & requesting to speak to a manager I was placed on hold then told the manager wasn’t available.. I was on a lunch break so I didn’t have time to return for a fix. This is the 2nd time this happened so decided to leave a review.. this the worst Taco Bell to go to

We affectionately call this taco bell the patience parking lot, but it’s actually worse. They build the tacos atom by atom and somehow ordering 3 tacos takes 3 hours. I dont have an MBA but the unit economics seem sus. Anyway dont come here.
