First a rotten salad and now this pathetic no cheese dried up pizza!! To think I turned down Marco’s for this messy crap!!
Back in the day this place couldn’t miss now it’s hit or miss with mostly MISS!!
Get it together man!! I’m moving on I got people that have moved out of town that remember this place being excellent now I won’t even recommend and that’s sad! At home adding cheese and sauce to make this raggity joke of a pizza work! You use to be a staple of the community, not a forgettable nightmare! Remember that and do better!!!

My personal experience with this specific spot as of late has been hit or miss. We order the same things: hot wings with broasted potatoes, thin cut. Sometimes we get a pizza. Usually, they’re pretty great. However, the last few times we’ve ordered potatoes, they’ve been paper thin and overcooked and our wings are dry with little sauce.
Our recent order, unfortunately, same issue with some having under cooked dough and looked to be bit into as we had a lot pieces that looked like someone messed around in the box and served it. (Not saying anybody bit them but, that is what some of them looked like.)
We also got a half dozen of hot wings. I asked for all flats which is an extra fee and received almost all with the edition of a drumstick. I even tipped an extra $5. The girls at the counters are always nice and whoever took my order over the phone was nice as well. It just sucks the quality of the food isn’t as consistent as the service

I’m not having good luck with this place anymore. I used to love this place, but unfortunately I just can’t do this to myself anymore. The sauce on the pizza is too acidic. Wasn’t always this way. It’s instant heartburn. Placed an order during non peak hours online. Showed up a few minutes early. Not ready. That’s fine. 30 minutes later almost an hour total now.. Nothing. One customer in the lobby. Not busy. 2 meat ball subs and 2 orders of potatoes. That’s it. I had to ask for a refund. During the entirety of my wait, no one offered a drink while a wait, anything that you would do in a business that depends on repeat business. The kitchen seemed to be having a good time, but not making food. I don’t know why I’m even writing a review. No one cares. The manager didn’t care, so why would anyone else in this establishment. Point is, this place is a shell of it former self.

“SOS” from this PO location. Burnt crust with one side corners mostly bread with dusting of sausage. Other locations have 1/4 inch of sausage. Took it back, no offer to remake, instead an insult to spend more $. “SOS.” I’ve found better luck at Cleveland Ave location. Only thing classy / professional was the girl at the register.

I ordered pizza and wings at 7:30, they told me an hour. I called a little after 9:00 and they told me it was out for delivery. It didn’t come so a little after 10 I called again and they told me the drivers all left and that the pizza was delivered to the wrong address. Never got my food. Wasted 3 hours waiting.
