I ordered chicken Francese. I’m not sure what that sauce is but it’s not chicken francese sauce. It tastes like a chicken broth base sauce no lemon at all. I asked the waitress about it. She said she was going to go back and ask and be right back to tell me but she never came back. Here it is 2:45 in the morning and my stomach is so upset. I’m definitely calling tomorrow during the day to find out what’s going on. And now that I’m looking at all the other pictures on here, everybody has a whole bunch of pasta on their plate. I definitely noticed that I didn’t. The calamari was really good and the marinara was very authentic and tasted very delicious. But when I find out whatever that dish was I ate I will definitely not order that dish ever this is absolutely horrible how sick I feel. Nothing’s touching it anti-acids nothing thank God my 3-year-old didn’t eat it. He likes chicken francese because he loves lemons but he didn’t want nothing to do with that dish so he went home hungry. I only ate half of. I wish the waitress would have just came back so then we could have just fixed it. The more I think about it I just want my money back I’ll stick with my original Italian restaurant I usually go to.

Had a great early Valentines dinner with my wife last night & it was the first time ever eating at the Italian Grill. My wife comes from a very Italian family, so our knowledge of great Italian food is great. Not only was the food 5 star all the way, so was the service. The second we were seated our treatment was EXCELLENT! Our server, Paola, was probably the best we’ve had in a long time; and, that’s comparing the 5 star restaurants here Vero we typically eat such as the Ocean Grill, The Tides, Cobalt, and Maison Martinique. Without question, Paola was outstanding. We never had to wait on anything, yet, she was so good about not constantly bothering my wife to see if everything was good. That can be annoying at times. Everything was perfect. I will definitely be asking for one of Paola’s tables the next time we return. The Italian Grill will be added to the list of favorite places to dine. Great experience at a great establishment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The food here is fresh, authentic, and so delicious! They will make any dish you want as long as they have the ingredients. What Italian restaurant offers that? I have been here a few times and I am never disappointed. The last time we went we took the in-laws who enjoy a great dish with a cask of wine. They were not disappointed. We were seated right away even though they appeared very busy. Our server was pleasant and knowledgeable. She gave great recommendations to us all and none of us were disappointed. I highly recommend this restaurant if you fancy real Italian.

Love Italian Grille (they have GF pasta) and a great wine list. I enjoyed the Chicken Messina, perfect amount of garlic and the white wine sage cream sauce had a beautiful nappé consistency. Chef also abided by my light on the mozzarella ask, which I appreciated. Highly recommend and look forward to returning. (ps: atmosphere gets one less star because if IG was my place I would knock out the front glass panels (or make them retractable) and turn the entire front dining room into a big Italian patio, like you’d find in a villa). The vibe, in the current setting, is a bit too retail pizza joint.

We went on a Friday night the dstaff was friendly, knowledgeable and responsive; the food was good, as expected. We paid our bill with a credit card, added a generous tip and rounded the total up to $60.00. The following Monday we received a notification from our credit card company asking if we had left a 125% tip, we discovered that the restaurant had put in a tip of $60.00! When we returned to the restaurant and informed them of their error they stated that they had recently implemented a new system and that this had happened to other customers and that the overcharge would be corrected.
It has been 3 days since informing them of our issue but it still has not been resolved!

I went for the first time with a friend. We both ordered and shared an appetizer and then each had soup. She said her soup, the Pasta Fagioli was very good. I had minestrone which was very bland even after using salt and parm cheese. I make better at home. I would try the place again as I saw some good looking dishes go by. But the soup could be better. Waitress Gina was excellent.

Great family owned restaurant. Izzy is a great server and friendly. The staff was nice. The food was fantastic, it is like your Italian Mama is cooking dinner for you. The sea salt caramel gelato is so delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone for a great dinner. Keep up the great work.

First-time visit with my husband. He ordered penne vodka with grilled chicken. I had chicken marsala. The food was delicious, server Isabella was great, and the price was fair @ $64 for 2 dinners and 2 fountain drinks. We will definitely return
