I dont and never and will never eat such food in such places. But for those who do. Forget the food, the quality, the prices. There is something much more crucial, cleanliness. More than once, I talked to employees at this location and other locations, before there shift starts. Those people smell like never took shower or washed their clothes!!! Someone like this, wjsy you expect from him/her to do in kitchen????

I just ordered from here this location and had it doordashed. I specifically stated for there to be NO MEAT on the bun, just cheese! I get my food and the fries taste awful. They definitely didn’t fix my food exactly how I stated. I work in the food business and being attentive to customers orders are necessary. The only thing they got right was the ICE COFFEE! I wish I could get a refund, because I’m tired of my food being made wrong. Last time I didn’t even get my cheese and bun that I ordered in my bag, it was left out completely. Y’all need to do better or find workers who actually enjoy it and can work customer service. Y’all ruined my meal.

I was going to leave a 5 star review because I got free food (charged wrong, $1.85 for an $8.88 meal), but my latte has no espresso, my sausage biscuit has no biscuit, and I only got one hashbrown.

To be transparent, I left McDonald’s. I never should have been there, but I decided to leave after being assaulted by their night manager, Sara Hatch. She still works there, and I refused to work for a franchise that supports managers that are physical with their crew. Shame on the store owner, and shame on Grayco. I left with dignity! No hard feelings.
Similar to having spoiled fruit in the fridge, it will start to mold, smell and the mold spreads across. The spoiled fruit is Sara…I really hope they bare that in mind.

I had an interesting experience today. I was on my way back from work, hungry, so I decided to stop at a McDonald’s. I ordered a typical burger and fries, and started eating. I thought nothing of it until I was down to the last bites of my burger when I was alarmed by an unusual consistency. I open the burger to find LAYERS of paper in cheese. Idk how I was eating that before hand, and I understand that this is a McDonalds, but god damn I’m not McLovin’ it.
