This place sucks so bad that even the managers can’t get an order right. I’ve been in the hospital for a month. My fiancé decided to be her typical sweetheart self and go to this place so I could have something other than this mostly gross hospital food. 3 double stack tacos, 2 orders of nacho chips no cheese, and 2 sides of beef. As illustrated in the pictures, they gave me half an order of beef in both containers, and the tacos with more red chips than cheese or beef. And on top of it all, they charged me $2 extra for shredded cheese on something that already is supposed to have it on there. Extra was not requested at all. I don’t typically get upset when my order is wrong. I just get it fixed and move on. But it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME with this place. And in this instance, it was the manager who clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing when an order is repeated FOUR times and they charge me extra for something that should already be included. It’s like buying a 20 Oz drink and the place chargers you extra for the bottle cap. They have permanently lost my business. And the funniest part is that they don’t care at all. They see these reviews. I know this from experience working with the company. And I know that nothing will be done about this. The manager won’t even get a lecture from the upper management. Just do yourself a favor and go next door to Checkers or any other place with competent employees because again…this place sucks.

There are most definitely Rats outside. I told the person at the window however he seemed to be unaware of the problem. Definitely something people should be aware of. In most of my photos I have drawn a red arrow to show location of said rats. This was behind the store while I was in the drive through line.

This is my favorite taco bell with some caveats
I come here everyday and some days are better than others, the staff is always friendly and attentive but the food quality ranges from perfect to sub optimal
I use to maintain a review where I only posted my issues and dated them but now I want to make a general review since I have been going to this location for the better part of 5 years

The Grounded Bohemian
It is Taco Bell. I mean, what more can I say? I enjoy Taco Bell, even after all these years. It is consistent. I usually get the 3 hard taco meal with Dr. Pepper and Hot Sauce. It is still one of the most affordable fast food restaurants and that is a huge plus!

I’ve never posted a photo of bad food, but here we are setting a new milestone. I dumped this mess out of the bag of nuggets they gave me. I would have rather waited 10 minutes for fresh nuggets than be given this disaster. Whoever thought that serving this was a good idea probably shouldn’t be allowed near food.
I did not call this Taco Bell and complain because the resolution is pointless and the damage is done. I worked all day and I’m not leaving again to try and fulfill my poor decision of choosing Taco Bell.

They got people standing in the doorway for about 15 to 20 minutes waiting on orders when they said it’s ready and it’s not ready That is ridiculous and you still have people sitting inside eating food when the doors are locked. Doesn’t make sense to tell people to leave the drive-through to stand at the door for 15 to 20 minutes while you still prepare the food that should’ve been made already that has already been processed through the system, and I already been paid for do better Taco Bell process your paid orders first before you process orders that haven’t been paid for yet

i’ve worked fast food, so I try to be understanding, but this is absolutely the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here multiple times my food is always more than 10 minutes late which really sucks when you’re just trying to get food on your break and it’s extremely slow on top of it. just go to the location on Main Street it’s so much better

I visited this Taco Bell drive-thru on a Friday evening, and it was very crowded with long lines, which made the experience hectic. The automated voice system wasn’t working properly, so I had to wait for a staff member to step in. Communication was a bit difficult.
Unfortunately, my order was incorrect, I received different drinks than what I had ordered and had to return them to get the correct ones. The staff also seemed distracted and didn’t pay close attention to my order.
While the food was good, the drive-thru service, order accuracy, and communication could use improvement, especially during busy hours.

This has been my go to location for several years but the service has significantly declined recently. I’ve waited an hour and now 45 minutes in the drive thru with a relatively short line. Not even sure how that’s possible, it would literally be quicker if I went back there and made it myself. Not to mention it’s hit or miss on if the food is edible or correct.
